I took my my son and daughter here. The infant and toddler classes were great. I would see in the window the teachers dancing with my child, or spoiling them with hugs. The Halloween trunk or treat they allowed me to participate, which I love getting involved. I am rating them a two because the three year old class was awful. So take your kid out before two or three. The two year old class stinks, and my son would come home with fungus. In the three year old class they had my son stand outside the bathroom with his pants and underwear down where students and adults walk by frequently. I believe this made potty training an embarrassing experience for him. Additionally they sent him home with feces on the outside of his pants. When I complained the first time they said it was my word against the teacher. The second time I took him him directly to the assistant director. The assistant director apologized and changed him. I still don't know whose poop it was, because my son's pull up was clean and the poop was smeared on the outside of his pants. My school would scream and cry going there every day. I have him in a different school now and he loves to go to school now. With that said, I think the infant and 1 year old classes are more attentive. Take your kid out for 2 & 3.

I love this daycare my son has been going here around like 5 months but he had learned so much and the staff are so nice and loving ? has been In so many places and different schools but this is the one that this one makes me smile and know my son is loved here thank you for everything kindercare

This review is long overdue! I have been bringing my kids here for almost two years and I cannot and will not consider another place for my kids to go. First off, as a mother it's hard to let others care for my kids but it really does take a village. And every staff member at this location has become my village! They are completely engaged, and involved with each child here. I hear and see all the crap in the news and social media about different places which would scare any parent but I have the most confidence in the staff at Heritage Kindercare only to know my kids are taken care of in my absence. You can tell they have parental instincts, which is important. You can tell they care. You can tell Ms. Milli runs this place like it's her home and everyone is family. My daughters absolutely love their teachers and I just love starting my day after coming by because all the kids are so darn adorable and fun. Yes, I'm the dancing mom that all the kids laugh at for being silly. What I really appreciate is, even the teachers in other classes know all the kids and parents. These women and Mr Chris all deserve recognition for being great! Thank you Ms Natalie and Ms Nikki for working with my oldest over the years. You ladies are totally invested and it shows! Thank you Ms (niyas voice) I-eena Eileena) I hope I spelled that right, (we miss you) and thank you to the three ladies in the morning that help me every day with my youngest. Ms Mrs Maria, Miritza and in the afternoon Esme I appreciate you! The assistance with getting her acclimated daily is such a big help and you do it with no hesitation because you understand!!! I appreciate you all so much! Thank you!Shout out to Ms Angie! You have been so amazing over the years! And OMG your Halloween trunk or treat was AMAZING! Alice in Wonderland! My daughters and I love you all! Shout out to the ladies in the babies rooms too, you all always say hi and know my kids. I always see a nurturing side when I pass by. All you ladies totally get it and have no idea how much it means to me. I will always recommend you, and this location! Ms Natalie I have a special place in my heart for you. Your patience, communication, kindness, and character is perfect for caring for kids. My kid has her days and I want you to know I appreciate you! You have that motherly love naturally and I know my kid will always be safe with you. There are some people in this world that are just genuinely kind. Genuinely good. Genuinely gentle. You are a angel and my daughter adores you. Kids can be a pain in the you know what, and you never change and that's how I know you're genuinely great! Thank you KinderCare Heritage Village (only)

I was looking for a preschool for my son so i called with a few questions . They told me the person to answer my questions was busy and would call back after their meeting. So a week later i finally called again to see if she was available and whoever i spoke with was extremely rude and unwelcoming. I used to take my son to another kindercare location and the staff was just as unwelcoming and rude. Corporate needs to change who they have running a place with children.

KinderCare is the best, the staff there is so nice and friendly, there all great with the kids, I had to sign my niece up for emergency daycare and after one daycare couldn't take her I gave them a call and they swoop in and made it happen. They're the best for that, they also has taught my niece so many things they give you daily updates through the app to let you see what you child is doing. She loves going there.... There 5 stars all the way from me.

We love this place ! Our 15 month old son is learning more and more everyday. The staff is kind, diligent, attentive and professional. It shows how much they truly care about all these children. We get updates throughout the day. Thank you Miss Millie, Miss Niki, and staff !

Horrible customer service and 1st impression says it all. The lady who answered the phone was rude and definitely would not be sending my child somewhere where the workers are rude. I asked about touring the school and she stated they weren't touring due to Covid. After I mentioned the main line was scheduling tours after hours she stated they didn't have tours until 2 weeks later. When I asked her why she didn't tell me about after hour tours until I told her that the main line was scheduling tours, her response is well you were looking for something immediate and yours aren't until after the date I was looking for. Sounds like BS to me, you are supposed to give me the options and let me decide if I want to wait until a tour opens up or not. Then to top it off she goes most of our parents are doing virtual tours so I don't see the problem. Ummmmm wrong thing to say lady because I am not most parents and I want to see where I am sending my infant to be cared for in person. On that note this place was no longer under consideration due to their customer service.

We have loved this daycare for our daughter. She started going when she was was 5 months and has loved it there so much. Ms. Millie and Ms. Niki are great and made me feel completely comfortable with dropping of my daughter.

I can not express how much I love this center. They are not just caretakers for my son, They are family. I love how they care for my son, like their own. They go over and beyond to make sure my son gets the best care he deserves, since I'm a working mom. Both Nikki and Millie are always there to answer any questions I may have or concerns or let you vent about your day. I have recommended to a number of friends and family, cause I trust them with my son. Everyday I get updates through the app on what he is learning, also the teachers Angelia,Debbie,Ashley, Donna and Michelle always give daily updates at the end of the day when I arrive to pick up my son. He always has a smile on his face and loves showing his work for the day. HANDS DOWN LOVE MY KINDERCARE FAMILY.

Terrible customer service. The lady who answered was not welcoming at all she was very condescending and did not seem interested at all in obtaining any business. After 5 minutes on the phone there's no way I would leave my children under the same roof with such cold people. Parents do not ignore the red flags

I have nothing but amazing these to say about this Kindercare. Both of my children have attended this Kindercare and everyone of their teachers are patient and loving toward my children and dedicated to their learning. Ms. Debbie the preschool teacher is always creating new fun learning curriculum for the kids. Ms.Flor the TK teacher is wonderful. She teaches a well rounded curriculum with reading, writing, math and even Spanish. My daughter is in kindergarten this year and she is excelling because of how well prepared she was from the TK program here. She already exceeds the benchmark expectation of the class thanks to the incredible staff at Kindercare. I am so thankful to everyone who has taken care of my kids there including the director Ms.Millie, and others like Ms. Veronica, and Ms.Nikki. I wouldn't send my children anywhere else!!

This review is for the infant room only. I originally had signed up for a day care in my area for my 12 week old and I just couldn't shake the bad vibes I had about it. So LAST MINUTE (I'm talking like a week before I needed day care) I called here to take a tour. Luckily they had an opening. The minute I walked into the infant room I felt at ease and I knew my son would be okay here. His teachers and the aides were so loving and sweet to him! I really felt okay leaving him knowing he'd be loved on and taken care of well all day. The teachers are accommodating and will do the best they can if you have special requests. Teachers were friendly and positive each time during drop off and pick up, they give a full review of the baby's day. The babies interact with one another, participate in activities, sing songs together, and work on developmental skills during the day. They're not just stuffed in a crib or set aside. The room was kept clean and I never had any issues in our time there. They truly helped a new working mom feel a little better about leaving their precious baby all day.
