I'm not use to this kind of davita here. Fist day i was here they denied me oxygen, I had trouble getting my novasource. They don't have an arm bar to rest your arm while you doing dialysis. Then the nurses don't know English oh Spanish, hard to communicate with them.

Woman at the front desk has terrible customer service. Very condescending and bad attitude. Rolled her eyes at me when I asked a simple and valid question.
