Been doing business with them a short time. Usually good results! But my last visit wasn't too good. Lost time and was turned away. Don't know if I'll come back. Time is $$ and felt my company was getting jerked around. Do you want business/ good paying customers or not??? That's my only question......

I’m traveling on business and had a tire damaged beyond repair on my company truck a 2022 F-150. Alex Cortez who is the store manager, approved the immediate request to get the tires needed that were not in inventory to support my request. I did not want to continue driving with a spare tire of a different size back to Phoenix, AZ. The Service Manager Nelson Robleto immediately ordered and secured the tires and assigned the technician to get me up and running! The technician, handled the request and took care of even minor details and restored the spare tire and tools in their rightful place. Great experience with these team of professionals!

I asked for a particular tire they said they had it. Told them i would return in one hour and when i did i entered a bay to install tires. Manager knocked on door and said, we don't have your tire. I was very upset and quietly left

These guys are full of energy and wanted to earn my $.I was just turned away from another tire shop because it was 3:30 and they had too much money and not enough time, apparently.When I came in here, there was a stack-line of trucks getting tires replaced. They did not have an open bay but did have the man-power so they parked me on the side of their building and used their service truck to facilitate the repair
