They are looking for a big demand with this business today I went to buy some things and they charged me too much. I came back to claim my money and the guy at the store refused to tell me no... I showed him the receipt and he told me everything is fine ..I told him to give me my money that he overcharged me and he refused to do so, he even took my receipt and threatened to call the police and take me out of the store this happened today 1:00 PM 03/05/2024

Absolutely ridiculous, I dig holes for a living and I think it's utterly ridiculous when you can't provide DECENT customer service, I sat at the bathroom door for 20 minutes before finally walking about because he didn't wanna do his job and open the door, I genuinely am a firm believer in at least buying something in the store so I'm at least a customer and I did, just horrible and I will never return to this store again.

RATEROS. Yesterday I went to buy some cokes at this 7-11, I only had $40 dollars left. I put a $20 on the counter, I turned around to get a candy for my baby and when I came back my $20 bill was "gone". I clearly saw the guy slowly slide it under his box and I asked for it back. I asked 2 times and he denied it. So I ended up paying $40 for a 12pack of cokes.

Horrible, horrible service we go on the 711 day and they won’t give us a free Slurpee. I also purchased gas and it was not working. I go inside and ask them to do it again and the guy was really rude. I walked in after I tried pumping my gas again for the second time, he said for me to get out and some guy came and helped me. He was argumentative and really rude. Please do not go here worst 7-Eleven in history.

I am very digusted with the workers there on 8/13/22 @ 9:30am went in to buy some waters. And 1 of the employees kept coughing and sneezing while touching the food he was heating. That is EXTREMELY GROSS! Wasnt even wearing a mask nor gloves. Didnt even bother to go to back and cough or sneeze and WORST part he didnt even bother to wash his hands. Someone from the city should go and check how clean it suppposed to be cause the floors are dirty too.

Worst customer service. Came in to order a pizza and the cashier said they didn't do pizza at this time very rudely and when asked if it's just this location or of its all locations he just got on his phone and gave an attitude and said check for myself.......would not recommend this place. Hate lazy people who don't want to do their jobs

I'm DISGUSTED at their public restroom. My daughter had to go and filthy is a total understatement. There wasn't any accommodations AT ALL to even quickly use the restroom, NO TOILET SEAT COVERS, TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWEL OR EVEN HAND SOAP. This location should be embarrassed and just close it to the public if your not going to make it usable.

I'm not a big fan of 711 stores because of their unfriendly approach to customer service and lack of fresh food, but my husband and son like to go get snacks there once in a while, last time we visited this store the cashier over charged us and did the same to the customers behind us. They don't offer you a receipt but I always ask for one.

I've gone here many times and each time the cashier is constantly on his phone he won't even make eye contact with me he even gave my gas to the wrong person and then had the nerve to ring me up and sit his a** down to be on his phone and FaceTime while I had a sit there while the pad said "wait for cashier" to press one button. They take extended breaks there was a sign that said they were closed for 20 minutes and it was closed for nearly 3 hours. And I see this dude on his phone I even called the store and they would ignore he calls. Awful customer service.
