2/9 - UPDATE: Change my review to a 5 star since I was contacted by customer service and all my issues was resolved. I can't believe this company did this. I'm lost for words. You can read my issues below, but at the end they took care of their customer and I will be back to do business with this company.Be aware of hidden fees at this location. They don't tell you about it. I just bought 7 items from this store and realized afterwards of the hidden fees and activation fees that I was not told about. $39.99 for phones and $24.99 for tablets and watches are the hidden fees and will be charged in the store. Activation fee is $35, which will be on your bill next bill. I was also told watches were $5 a month, which now I have realized the plan is $10.1/3 UPDATE: This just keeps on getting worse. On all my trade-ins I was told I get a $800 credit, now I'm realizing on one of the lines I only got around $400 because it was an older phone.1/3 Update: I emailed the corporation per there request.2/9 - Changed my review to a 5 star. I got an email from their customer service and they took care of everything. I got refunded for the store charges and all the other errors. I will continue buying from this company.

Simply deceitful! They say one thing, they do not give a contract for what you agreed on. And then they send you checks for large amounts. And they don't even apologize. Monopoly of liars. There is no guarantee that they will keep their word. Absurd. Employees are accomplices in management's deception. I do not advise.

I had a wonderful experience at this store. Johnny went above and beyond while assisting me. He was very professional, thoroughly explained everything and answered all of my numerous questions. I will be recommending him to my friends and family.

I went in to the store to do an upgrade on my business phone and my personal phone. I was greeted by Phylicia. She was SO helpful! I had to run to an appointment so I left my phones with her and came back two hours later, and both of my news phones were completely set up! There was a problem with one of the upgrades on my old phone, due to it being a refurbished phone that I received from a Asurion the Verizon insurance company back in 2022. The phone was still linked to the previous owner and there was a hold placed on the upgrade, so I wasn’t able to get the dollar credit for my new phone. But Phylicia took her time to investigate the problem and spent A LOT of time trying to get this situation figured out. She got it fixed!! She was so awesome!! This was above and beyond customer service! So grateful!

horrible service. had a pick up order today and was just handed my phone. no help with activation of said phone. only was willing to help to get me out store. and when i called to ask question they just transferred me to Verizon Customer Support.

I have been dealing with this business for all things verizon for years, and they are great. A few missed promises to call when they should have, but that I probably a corporate Verizon red tape problem more than it is this store. Dylan was awesome. Got us on a cheaper plan, upgraded phone and a new line for our son. I give them props as I imagine it must be a Sysiphean task to play man in the middle with verizon customer service. Highly recommend working with the store manager Dylan, but have had good experience with others there, too. Wait times can be long, so plan to arrive with time to spare.
