When we went there for our 6 year old son’s ear pain, we saw that there was a long queue and the receptionist said, she can give me a call when there are 3 patients ahead of us. We were outside for 1.5 hours and then came back(no call from them) and all new patients again in the queue. When I asked her about the wait time again, she said there are still 2-3 more patients ahead of us. All of the other patients were already gone and we should be ones to be seen when we came back. She didnt even call us and let the other new patients be seen by the doctor before us. Very disappointing.

Awful service, rough, unorganized, and unpunctual employees. If your appointment is at 10:00, you have to get here about an hour before, EVEN if you already filled all papers

Took my 10 year old son in on December 9, 2023. He had the following symptoms:Feeling more thirsty than usualUrinating a lotFeeling very hungryLosing weight without trying — he lost 17 pounds and is a slender personFeeling irritable or having other mood changesFeeling tired and weakNausea and vomiting — he had been vomiting on and off for four days. The PA, Michael Darius, did not bother to take much of a medical history to learn more than that he was vomiting and tired. He tested him for the flu and COVID, both negative. He did not take much of a history, because he didn’t ask for one. He said he probably has one of the bugs going around and prescribed an antinausea medication. I asked if my son was dehydrated and Darius didn’t really answer me. Just said, “if” he needed fluids you’d have to take him to an ER. We went home. I gave my son the prescribed medication and my son went to sleep. When he woke up hours later, my son was incredibly ill. I took him to an ER and they immediately — amidst a packed triage area with a lot of very sick people — asked if he was diabetic (not that I knew) and took his blood sugar. Just a finger prick. Turns out, my son’s blood sugar was through the roof and he was suffering from Ketoacidosis. He could have died while he was napping after Darius failed to provide reasonable care or suggest he needed more care in an ER. I later spoke to the clinic manager, Beverly. She said they are sending Darius to get some education. Mr. Darius wasn’t an educated, fully qualified PA when we visited the clinic?Darius called me today. He said he’d do the same thing again. My son’s condition was dire. With ketoacidosis one can become comatose or DIE. When you go to see a medical professional, you expect that they know something. Not this guy. He nearly cost my son his life. The clinic manager suggested I never take my son to an urgent care clinic again. Please don’t go to this clinic. Obviously, you can’t expect basic, decent medical cars (or even reasonable advice) at an urgent care clinic, certainly not at this one.

Our medical insurance told us we could come to this urgent care. They turned us away at the reception desk and told us they didn't accept us.

I had a bad experience at Mdstat so I came here and maybe not the nicest clinic but the staff doctor etc are so welcoming and kind. It will be my come to place from now on. Being treated kindly and with respect is more important to me than a fancy office. And took care of me quickly.

Rude. Made my ear infection worse. Now I’ve permanently lost hearing in that ear. Please don’t go here if you’re in pain!

Extremely dirty and unsanitary. Everything is dusty, worn, dingy, old and overall unclean. Walls & floors are dirty. You would think an exam room needs to be sanitary especially in an urgent care where people are coming in with all kinds of illnesses. The wait is also extremely long and they told me there will be little to no wait.

I have taken my kids here for small things like infected toe nail for example, and had a fine experience which is why they get two stars. I went to get checked for strep, I’ve had it plenty of times so I’m familiar with the feeling and how the testing goes. After gently tapping one tonsil she walked out of the room with swab in hand rather than putting it directly in the test kit. Doctor tells me it’s negative for strep, take Advil it’s nothing. Two months later if I’ve been positive for strep twice, in and out of the ER treating the abscess that developed in my throat when it could’ve just been treated immediately. Something so simple.. turned complicated because of their negligence.

I was seen quickly, they treated me very well, and I was able to pick up the prescription they had ordered for me from my pharmacy on my way home. They even called to see how I was doing a few days later.

They decided not to bill my insurance company and hit me with a 500+ bill. I sent the information to my insurance company, which I told them. They said they wouldn’t send it to collections and follow up with. Foraged to now they sent the bill to collections instead of working with my insurance company.

This hospital is rubbish. They don’t speak English and don’t provide translation. There is no doctor to find a nurse to see a doctor, and they write medical records indiscriminately. It’s different from what I said. They just want to cheat money! let's go to the emergency room

Walked in for an appointment. Received a bill for 343.00 no test completed. None. Told to go next door to ER for CT.Called told a walk in is 140.00 without insurance. They billed my insurance 187.89. WTH? And then wanted me to pay another 40 dollars. An insurance adjustment of 115. Called bill dept could not help me. Called the manager Beverly ( oh she only works from noon to 1 or 2). She was very nasty about my questions. I asked didn't she think it was unethical to bill medicare and me for more than the 140.00 charge. Her answer oh well. I reverse it for you. Wow totally fraudulent
