“Jamie was all around amazing!!! My friend and I were visiting for the weekend and called Jamie late in the day to take two kayaks out. She was welcoming, friendly and helped us with every step we needed to load up the kayaks.As the sun went down, one of us accidentally got lost. Jamie was incredibly generous with her time and energy. Even after the shop had closed, she waited with me and helped signal my friend to shore safely. To top it off, all of this was the night right before she was leaving for a big trip. I 100% recommend SUP California!!☺️”

“I'm giving a five star rating based on the technician who worked on my bike. If it were based on the service rep at the service desk (tune up/repair) I would give a two. I'm assuming it is a matter of personality, but the "gentleman" taking in my bike could use a good bit of customer service training. That said, the young man who did the work on my bike went above and beyond.”

“This place is the best. They have a great selection of basically every outdoor need - clothes, hiking gear, chairs, boots, sandals. I get my snowboards serviced every year for a reasonable price. I bought my wife a bicycle a couple years ago and today I bought my 8 year old his first big boy bike. He was very excited. The Bike shop staff were super knowledgeable and got my boy's bicycle ready by installing the kick stand and bell. The service overall is outstanding.”

“Quite impressed with this store. Walked in 8 minutes before closing. I found a great pair of Adidas hiking shoes. They were 50% off. The staff reminded me that the store was closing, but did not pressure me to speed through my purchase. Happy with the price. Happy with the employees. And very happy with the merchandise.On top of that, this outlet mall is right next to an Electrify America charging station. Were it not for this charging station I would not have discovered this store.”

“Under Armour is one of the biggest outlet stores in the Folsom Premium Outlets. The store looks new, and everything inside is well organized. They have a huge selection of men, women, and every kid's sports items. The price is better than the retail store. The check-out counter in this store has many windows available. The line moves quickly. I have a good shopping experience in this store.”

“Very reasonable pricing on most things. Every employee there is helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. With the exception of Melonie. She acted like a manager so maybe she was. You can tell me I'm lying to you and you can't give me a military discount, even though the past 6 times I've shopped here (this week!) & every clerk has given it to me. I understand, even if I don't like it. But don't try to charge me more the posted price of the thing I'm buying, it's not legal. I wouldn't have a problem w it, honest mistake & all, but not apologizing & acting like you are doing me a favor to charge me the posted price is just bad customer service. I am giving a 5 star review because maybe I caught you on a bad day. You work in customer service. Maybe remember that.”

“I have bought multiple big-ticket sports items from Dick's and the overall quality has been good. I had to make some adjustments to my bike to get it to work correctly but its fun to ride now. I like the selection of shoes they have, especially Brooks which I need for my plantar fasciitis. Overall, you can expect above average value and quality for above average prices. The helmet and gloves I've purchased have held up for years now.”
