I wish I could remember the gals name that helped me. She was soooo helpful. She informed me of the large sticky paint samples, I wasn't aware existed. She knew her colors and business well!

I've been going to this store for several years. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable. The service they gave me today was top-notch, including honoring the expired sale price when I inquired and carrying the paint cans to my car. I love the online site where you can look at paint color selections that have been painted in rooms. It's very helpful.

To anyone considering using Sherwin Williams! This store "Folsom" is absolutely terrible! Iv been in the painting business for 23 years and have never been so disrespected by a paint store in my lifetime! The sales representative Sergio had met me on a job where the materials "paint & primer" had failed on a T-1-11 exterior house in el dorado hills and Sergio had explained that he thought it was best to let the house to continue to peel, chip, and flake away until this spring and they would provide a more adequate "paint & primer" at no cost. Well.. When the time came in late April they are choosing to change their minds and not provide the materials needed that were already promised to me and my customers! They did not stick to their word which to me is disappointing and disrespectful. I consider that a lie right to my face. I will never use SW again and will continue to warn people on every social media platform known to warn people about the shady practices going on with management and their sales representatives "Sal" and "Sergio" . Not to mention there paint products are NOT what they used to be. I made the switch to from SW to Kelly Moore for this exact reason and so should everyone who reads this post... Pretty sad SW....

After standing at the empty counter for a few minutes I had to yell Yoo-hoo for someone to come out and help me. After a bit another gal came out and she was then very attentive and helpful.

There is a lady " Lynda" at this store, she is the most knowledgeable and expert about color analysis I've ever seen. She is dedicated and patient with every question you might have and has an incredible eye for details. Thank you Lynda. I just purchased paint and got a free education about understanding and reading color codes.

Total waste of time. I dropped off a painted drywall sample that I cut from my wall in order to get a custom color match. I came back to pick up my paint and the guys in the store couldn't find my samples and they hadn't made my paint. As I stood there waiting, they were running around looking through the trash and anywhere else they could think to look. They were also very clearly discussing how this SAME PROBLEM keeps happening over and over. They even called a guy who wasn't working at the time to see if he knew anything. It was like watching a bunch of monkeys f*cking a football. Finally, after 15 minutes the guy shuffles out from the back and tells me, without making eye contact, that they didn't know what to do. No solution or even an apology. So now I need to cut another sample from my wall and start the whole process again AT KELLEY MOORE. Amateur hour all the way. I came here for service but Lowe's gives better service than this paint store. Whoever runs this circus needs to pay more attention to detail and should train their people on process and customer service. Will never be back.
