Cafe employee was very rude. We walked up to make a purchase and she hesitated for minute before she would help us and then told us they were closed. She literally waited for the clock to turn 7pm.

Where do I start.. this location employs folks either with zero training or are just brain dead! They never answer the phone and I ordered a hot dog no bun and the ignorant guy just took one that was already made tore off bun, I am wheat sensitive and had this been someone who was deathly allergic like a young child someone could of been seriously injured or died

We stopped by while running errands and were able to get in and out pretty quickly and easily. This location has plenty of parking and a gas station, when we visited on a Saturday evening, neither were crowded. We may have been lucky, but we were certainly happy about it. We stopped here for chicken wings for an upcoming party and typically we find some good ones at Sam's at a decent price. On this trip we had no such luck, even after asking one of the meat department staff if they had some in the back. No problem, we grabbed a few odds and ends and hit the check-out. I like that they have self check-out, it makes it easy to get in and out and when I've visited Sam's recently there haven't been long lines. They have a cart ready for you to transfer all your stuff into as you scan it, so it's even easier. On our trip we had two transactions and they were able to merge the receipts with their scanner to check our purchases on the way out. Pretty cool.

First time to try the Cafe and I was surprised how long the line and the wait time was. The pretzel pizza was okay and got better after dipping in the pizza sauce that came with the it.

Never ever buy the brand Reeses Mashed Potatoes. Buyer beware as my husband became violently ill n throwing up n diarrhea it was food poisoning. While eating these he spit out the remainder of what was left of the insect if allowed I will add photo. But just a heads up they never admitted any wrong doing in fact...Sams offered me another container of their contaminated food n were even so generous to send me some coupons which were never redeemed ( in the garbage) what a joke!Judge for yourself!

Last year, I reported to corporate a female employee named 'Felice', who stands at the self check out and harasses and annoys customers. I had a case of coke under my cart and she walked around my cart, bent down and inspected the bottom of the cart 4 times thinking I was stealing. After I scanned the rest of my groceries, she again came over... and rummaged through all my stuff.. the lid came off my pot pie and got all over the leggings I just bought... she continued to rummage, holding me up and the line. I was livid!Yesterday, I returned after a long absence, I needed some winter clothes for my teens and groceries. I used scan & go, because there is savings on some items. As I went to leave, it was Felice at the door, the same woman. The line was backed up as she was falsely accusing a senior in a motorized wheelchair, of not paying for all the items. His wife was pushing the main cart.. Felice scanned about 10 items, rummaged through both baskets, and the poor old man was holding up some bread and trying to negotiate with her. She finally let them go- they did nothing wrong! I was next and showed my code on the app, policy is she can scan 3 ITEMS! This should take seconds...She scanned a top, and 1 pair of boots under my cart. Then she started to dig through my cart and groceries and jerked my cart to the side and called for a CSM. She said I had 2 pair of boots and only paid for 1. A LIE. I had 1 black, 1 brown. She only scanned 1! The brand new CSM James, who's been there 1 month came over, I showed my receipt and he agreed, I paid for 2 pair. As I was talking to him, Felice waived him over, to trash talk me. He walked back over to me and said 'she said she's not going to let you go, the cart can't leave, she won't allow it'. I was FLOORED. He was the CSM, but had no authority to protect a paying customer? Since when does the door person have authority over a manager?I felt SO angry, do I just abandon my cart with my $400 purchase? I told the CSM I wanted to refund my entire purchase. All of it! They didn't deserve the sale. It took 30 minutes to refund everything and scan it all, including all the refrigerator Foods. There were a handful of items my kids needed that I repurchased there at the counter. CSM James came back over to check in. I again showed him my receipt for 2 pair of boots and explained to him that the false accusation was offensive and the associate was harassing customers with 'delusional' and had hyper vilegance about rummaging carts, checking underneath 4-5 times, trying to inspect every detail. As a CSM it's HIS job to correct this. James actually got an attitude with me and said he didn't view him as a 'authority' to do anything and that he works as a team. He said she is very good at finding 'mistakes'- (to be clear, I had NO mistake and neither did the senior couple in front of me.) A CSM IS the authority, he's her boss! He turned to walk away still mouthing off saying he thought she was a really nice lady and it was only his opinion that mattered. (Not the customers). He was so unprofessional and RUDE. When I left, I told the associate at the return counter, that I refused to pass Felice. That associate asked another CSM (Charlene) to pull Felice away from the door so I could pass. I tried to tell Charlene that Felice is making false accusations, digging through carts, scanning about 10 items, holding up the line. Charlene refused to look at me, or address it. She just softly spoke to Felice and told her not to address me and just look at her. This is why she continues to do it- no one is enforcing policies! Reading the reviews, it seems man have had the same experience with her. If you are blocked from leaving, falsely accused or she scans more than 3 items, Report it DIRECTLY to CORPORATE!

I love the sushi they sell here at the Folsom location and the meat they sell is excellent, my son tells me because I'm not a meat eater. There are many great bonus gifts for joining, which I did last year. I chose a set of stainless steel mixing bowls, which I love and use often Thank you to Sam's Club. It's not very crowded there so maybe easier to shop there, especially during the busy holidays

Attention Weights and Measures: I have a job for you. This has to be the most poorly signed store in Folsom, if not Sacramento county. On the bright side, even though the prices are only loosely correlated to the signage, most of the prices are still pretty fair. Also, all of the produce that I've purchased here so far has been great. If my rating were for quality alone, it would be five stars. If my rating were for service alone, it would be four stars. The cashier didn't make any effort to investigate or fix the incorrect signage, but she did knock a couple of bucks off of the main item in dispute. It was still a dollar more than the sign said, but, what can I say, I wasn't in the mood to argue, and it was still a really good deal.I've only been in three times so far, as I just recently received my membership card last month. When I texted my mom about the pricing issues, she seemed to be very well aware."I always just take pictures of the signs while I'm shopping and then show them to the cashier when I'm checking out." Okay, I'm pretty sure it's not normal to have to take a picture of every single price tag as you shop.As to the picture of raspberries I posted, the signage is actually correct, but it's still really confusing, in my opinion. It took me longer than I'd care to admit to figure out that the more expensive raspberries on the left were organic, while the cheaper ones on the right, which look nearly identical, were not. Also, organic and non-organic produce are not supposed to be stacked on the same pallet, touching, due to the risk of cross-contamination. This is why most stores keep all of their organic produce in its own section. Maybe I'm a bit biased, cause I used to work at Costco, and we all know that Sam's Club is the knock-off version of Costco, but I feel like this store could (and should) do WAY better on their merchandising and signage.

I went to Sam's Club last night. Every employee I had dealings with during this visit was UNFRIENDLY. Not rude just very unfriendly. It was close to closing time but I was treated like I was an inconvenience. My Cashier was the worst. No hello, No Thank you, No nothing. I don't even think she spoke to me at all. The cashier one lane over was complaining to a coworker about a customer she just helped. (unprofessional) . And the lady at the door with the d*** scanner was so annoying. I felt like she was trying to find something that I didn't pay for because I swear if felt like she scanned every item in my basket. Once again... unfriendly. Just an unwelcomed experience. I don't think I will go back to the Folsom store. Too bad because I really like their selections. Also, I was just looking at my receipt and I was charged for two packages of bread and I only bought one. Why didn't that lady with the scanner pick up on that???? What is the purpose of this??
