Where to begin!? Finally found the correct email to submit a complaint to, no thanks to the staff:
[email protected] THEY DO NOT TAKE YOUR HEALTH SERIOUSLY. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. I hear there are other labs in the area that do a better job. Labcorp or something like that? There is no receptionist and even if you wait upfront for 10 minutes asking to speak to someone no one will assist you. It's not as clear when you are dropping off specimens as I was doing on Monday morning of 3/25/24 before work. I asked for help and DENA looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked away. Another staff member helped me with my question and checked me in and it took her .5 seconds and she apologized after I told her what DENA did. I think that staff member needs to leave and work somewhere where her co workers aren't ruining the reputation of where she works. On the morning of 3/25/24 I was given a number (209) 304-8952 where no one answers or gets back to you when I asked to speak to a manager but the short skinny Asian girl who works there and started giving me attitude because her colleagues are unprofessional and can't do their job right. I was concerned about how they were handling what I needed to drop off and am still concerned because they probably messed with it somehow knowing how unprofessional they are. I went in on Friday afternoon (3/22/24) for a walk in. It was not busy. The phlebotomist told me he was Fijian and asked about my race.. why do you need to know that? Does that help you do your job? Anyway I have always had a phobia of needles. I simply said I was scared. He seemed annoyed and said "I just took you in as a walk in and there are people waiting" which made me even more uncomfortable. He was rude about it. He didn't provide instructions on my take home labs whatsoever. I'm not even sure if my specimen will be usable because he didn't even say when it needed to be submitted by, or provide any deadline or instruction other than 1 which he wrote on the bag and was simple. He also forgot to give me a take home lab test and I found out after going in on Monday (3/25/24) to drop off the others... And now I'm finding out today that the last lab was not given to me properly but the Asian girl and I don't have a sticker to properly seal it so we'll see if that will be accepted too!!!!!! This place is a joke!!!! I had a serious health scare and did my part and the health institution did not and now I may never get the resolution I need when it comes to my health!!!! THERE IS ALSO NO WAY TO CONTACT A SUPERVISOR. THEYLL GIVE YOU A FAKE NUMBER AND THERE'S NO ONE TO HOLD ACCOUNTABLE FOR MESSING WITH YOUR HEALTH

I made an appointment, showed up on time for my appointment, checked in using the kiosk, scanned my ID, patiently waited 45 minutes before asking someone if they forgot about me...they said they had me scheduled but didn't have my check in and I could stay there and they would put me on the "stand by list"......why make an appointment????

I went there for my 4:10pm appointment for a test. I forgot to bring my paperwork so I had to call my brother to take a picture of it. Alena and Eduardo patiently waited for me. They are very nice and kind. I highly recommend this place.

I dislike getting my blood drawn and I didn't have my new insurance card. However, I told Tara (my phlebotomist) what was going on. She was kind and understanding. I got my insurance information and she was able to update my file with Quest. Also it was cool to see how the staff here interacted with patients and each other. They were all in a good mood and greet everyone. You could also tell they work well with each other. Good experience here today!

Stay away from this location. I showed up as a walk-in and waited 3.5 hours then they took another walk-in before me. They are very unorganized and very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Totally impressed. This was my first visit. I was checking in at the kiosk when, a nice gentleman came out and said come on back, and I can do that. My appointment was not showing up. He just put me in where I was supposed to be. He was very professional, yet perfectly charming. He could not have been more pleasant. He did the draw and I was on my way.

I was a bit hesitant about going here since they had so many negative reviews. My experience with them was wonderful and quick.

Stay away from this location if you can. Recently we walked-in around 2-3pm and no one there except us, still we had to wait for an hour but no luck, we walked out without any tests. Even with appointment we had to wait, this was 3 yrs back. It simply doesn’t matter either way, stay away. I used PreiryCity location which is much much better.

DO NOT go here. GO UPSTAIRS TO LABCORP!!! At Quest I couldn't even schedule an appointment for 4 days... so I waited for my appointment (9:40am) 4 days after it was ordered. I Fasted and left work, I arrived for my 9:40 appointment at 9:46 and was REFUSED TO BE SEEN. This was because I waited behind 4 people to check in at a KIOSK (not even a real person!) and by the time I got to it at 9:51, I was considered too late. They told me that I could sit and wait as a walk in, but that it would take hours at minimum, and that it was pointless because I likely would not be seen AT ALL that day. I understand I was late... but by SIX MINUTES! How is this considered healthCARE?! LABCORP was able to take me without an appointment almost right away!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I politely asked if they could look up to see if I had a lab request from my doctor and if it had arrived, so that I wouldn't have to wait an hour for a blood draw that I wouldn't be able to have (if the lab hadn't arrived). They refused. They made me wait in the lobby for an appointment even though they knew I might not need one, instead of giving me an answer and both of the ladies were incredibly rude. I've been going to quest for 5 years for routine blood work and this is the worst experience I've ever had by far.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a great customer experience at the Prairie City location. I didn’t have an appointment but needed a test done late afternoon for a volunteer opportunity. Even with other appointments booked, from what was on the monitor, I didn’t wait five minutes before being called back. I can be a tough blood draw but one stick later I was done. Learned a new tip to avoid bruising as well. Easy to find with my GPS. Everyone masked that came in. Thank you!

Had an appointment at Quest Lab on Creekside Drive Folsom, CA and drove around and around looking for the lab. It would be helpful if there was any sort of sign near street indicating a Quest lab exists in the back of lot , in the buildings to the left with no name or numbers visible. Please consider. Thankyou

This is horrible. They are running so far behind. Nobody at the desk to help nobody. So every time a person comes from the back to call someone they get stopped to help someone who don't know how to check in. They should not schedule people let alone online schedule people back to back. This is my first time here and I'm not happy at all. My appt is at 230 and there is still 5 people ahead of me. I recommend the Roseville office. They are much better by far.
