Brian is an excellent trainers ? out there in Folsom. If you ever want to lose weight, he got you..he is really accountable with me and hid clients in the gym at Levels functional Fitness. He is an excellent inspiration for me and a great fitness instructor. I am lucky ? and fortunate to have him in my fitness goals journey. he always says I can do it and he always appreciate me wjen I show improvement anf progress.

Brian is an excellent trainer. He is being so creative in working. His workouts are enjoyable and fun. He puts Glee and Indian musick to motivate my to wrk hard and He always want me to progress and losing weight eevryday and staying on track and being fiyt. I woiuuld highly recommend him if uyou dont ahev a personal tariner.

So glad I heard about Levels from a friend. The workouts are challenging, creative, and effective. I love that everyday is a new workout…I never know what to expect! The facility is clean and well run. There are several options for class times so I can always make it work with my busy schedule.

The owner of this horrible fitness business is a total tw@t. Super rude. Even made a very nasty uncalled for rude comment about Sutter Street Grill closing a couple of months ago. I hope his business fails soon. What a j****

Levels Functional Fitness is such a unique gym in how the exercises are done. Brian, the trainer, always keeps a balance in the exercises, keeping them fun yet strenuous. I have only been going here a month yet I already see such a difference. While we are doing the exercise, Brian always watches to see if your form is correct and that you are getting the best possible workout you can. Personally I have never looked forward to coming to the gym but going here really gave me a drive to workout. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

I have been going to this gym since last 2 years. It has been an awesome experience. I love the way Brian puts in effort to design different set of exercises everyday. It makes the whole exercise regime fun and interesting. Highly recommended.

I switched from big box gyms 2 months ago and cant say enough positive things about Levels! I love everything about it: the convenience, the variety of work outs it offers during the week and the great training Brian provides. Every time you walk in it's a different workout. It's fun and absolutely challenging. I'm addicted and so glad I found this gym!

When you enjoy what you doing and especially when it comes to fitness you know you are in the best place and under best guidance. Brian will push to your limits and create a new benchmark for yourself...a must enroll fitness place/gym if you are looking to get into fitness...No work out is same...and guess what you get paid back for attending the class...!!!

I hate to write detailed reviews but this one had to write because Brian, the instructor at Levels is amazing. I have been going to Levels Fitness since last 3 months and I am pleased with the results so far. The best thing is Brian pays attention to every individual and makes sure that everyone is performing the exercise in correct posture which makes all the difference between effective and ineffective exercise. Just 40mins a day at Levels is more than enough for anyone. Mostly it is cross-fit and group exercises. However if I want to do a specific muscle exercise Brian makes himself available which gives me a lot flexibility on what I want to achieve. They also have promotional rates for the first month. I would recommend if you are looking for exercise with fun, give Levels fitness a try, you will not regret it.
