My wife and I experienced extremely unprofessional behavior during our recent visit to the store. Despite spending an hour gathering our items, we encountered numerous issues. At 9 pm, the cashier announced they were closing at 9:30. As we were finalizing our selections, our shopping cart was stolen by someone on the staff. When we inquired about it, the cashier mentioned that their staff likely took it. To our dismay, we discovered our items scattered across multiple staff carts being hastily returned to shelves. It was clear the staff were rushing to close despite the advertised closing time of 9:30. We managed to retrieve some of our items, but the entire shopping experience was a frustrating waste of time.

Love this store but past couple visits haven’t been fun areas are clustered and not organized and there’s to much stuff for the amount of people that shop there and lines take forever

The manager Rebeka was very unprofessional. I had drove to the store for an interview which i had email proof of scheduling as well as having called her to set a day/time.When i arrived at the store staff told me she was in a manager meeting. This puzzled me as it was already my interview time. Once staff was able to bring her to the front i was confronted by an irritated woman. She said i was interrupting her manager meeting and seemed extremely annoyed at me as if this was my fault. I told her i had an interview and she multiple times stated she never scheduled one. I insisted we had spoken not but 72 hours prior on the phone about it. While she kept gaslighting me i showed her the email. Magically she seemed to recall having some involvement with my being there. Then she said the position was already filled. So rude and unprofessional to double book yourself and put the blame on me! Any responsible manager would have notified future interviews of the position being filled. I will not be returning and i hope shes better at scheduling her employees than she is her own personal schedule.

The aisles in this place are tighter than Harry Potter's closet, and the shelves are more stuffed than me after a Thanksgiving dinner. Service is generally kind, but it can't make up for the atmosphere.

A great place to buy framed paintings at fantastic prices. It can be a bit of a treasure hunt but it is well worth it. HomeGoods seems to be a go-to place for professional home staging companies, and I can see why. I want to live in my own staged house! Stick with abstract art and nature scenes and you can't go wrong.

You can find what your looking for, and more! I went for the Italian pasta & found risotto con Lemòn adding on to my Italian Holiday Feast. Good time for deals, but wrong time of year IF you don't like crowds.

Was at the store today around 2:00pm looking at clearance piece of table for $799.99. African American sales associate mentioned there were two and to check it out the other towards the front of the store. Later he came back and asked what we thought, I told him both pieces had some defects. His comment: "that's what you get from us". Afterwards blurted out $650. If this sales associate had been working for me, he would be fired immediately for making a poor comment that reflects negatively about the store.

I don't shop at Home Goods very often, mostly because there is not one close to where I live. And maybe that is a good thing, for my pocketbook, at least. Unfortunately, for this visit, my husband was with me because we were looking for a specific item. So into the store we we went, and I'm all...like..oooh, look at this, look at that...while my husband is focused on ONLY what we came to buy. From what I got to see during the quick rush through the store, there seemed to be a good variety of merchandise at decent prices. We found two possibilities for the item we were after, so we bought them both. Check out was quick and easy. Friendly service, too. As we were leaving, my husband commented that he seemed to be the only male in the store....

Worst customer service I've ever had! Tried to return an item because it was damaged and the guy says: "why did you buy a damaged item?" They were bed sheets, folded, and in a sleeve. So obviously I couldn't see the hole pal. When I opened them up when I got home I noticed there were holes near the bottom and when I went to return them I couldn't locate the receipt. He was argumentative, defensive and refused to offer me any solutions to a problem that was of their doing. I will be escalating this to corporate. Absolutely disgusting behavior from this so called " Assistant Manager" on Saturday afternoon September 30, 2023. I also forgot to mention when requested corporates number he told me to: "look it up". Employee of the month right there.

I rarely shop at Home Goods. Not because they don't have inventory or of the pricing. Totally opposite of that. The inventory is awesome, the prices are a bargain. The store is clean and organized. Merchandise is in excellent new condition. The staff is great. I can never go into the shop and walk out without buying or wanting to buy something. On my last visit, I was on a mission to buy a gift for someone that was not me. Mission accomplished for that. But gosh darn, I failed to walk out with just that. I bought other unattended items. Useful, needed items. The cashiering team was awesome. The cashier I was working with was a trainee. I asked for gift receipts, she worked with another to issue those. She wrapped up the fragile items and bagged them with care. I luv to shop here for kitchen, home decor, and organizational items. Prices are discounted from full retail. The merchandise is on trend. Current Shout Out items: ramen bowl and chopstick kit (Hello Kitty and Sanrio gang, Star Wars, and Night Before Christmas)$8.99. Peanuts (Snoopy and the gang) mugs $6, tumblers $8, and throw blankets $13. Halloween and Autumn decor. Bedside Lamps average $29; they have a larger and diverse selection right now... better than usual.
