The Discovery Shop is a great place to find bargains on books, DVDs, shoes, purses, games, clothes, sporting goods and household items. This store is organized and everything is easy to find. The prices are reasonable and there is a good selection.

I stopped in here wanting to drop off some clothes and just browse around, I thought the shop was very well organized and very clean. I wish that the selection of clothing was a little bit younger, but it may cater to an older crowd. The overall prices are decent, and I'm sure you could find a thing or two here, I was looking for clothes and couldn't really find much, but I'll be back!

I absolutely love this place! The merchandise looks brand new, the store is spotlessly clean, and the staff is fun and helpful. I also feel good about spending my money to help fight cancer. It's a joy to walk in the door!

What a joy to visit now and then the well-tended selection of unique and affordable merchandise offered at the American Cancer Society Store! The volunteers always keep the store immaculate, the items are attractively displayed and any purchase I make I know the funds go to a great cause of saving lives from the scourge of cancer. Just a DELIGHTFUL place to shop! So many treasurers. Beautifully organized. Wonderful staff. I also shop their sister-store in Chico, and I was thrilled when the ACS opened one in Folsom! Great cause, and a fun shopping experience every time I visit. Great prices, too! Worth a visit (or 10)

So clean well organized, I walked in and thought I wouldn't find anything but if you are looking for business causal and high end for second hand prices this is your shop! I bought some beautiful items here, it's like a boutique and has high end brands, everything looks almost brand new, steamed, and very clean. I highly recommend, they are on the higher end pricing but the items are in perfect condition so absolutely worth every penny. Check it

This Discovery Store of the American Cancer Society in Folsom is so organized and aesthetically pleasing to walk through and peruse the interesting groupings they have put together. It is set up like a boutique with a little bit of everything from men, kids and women's clothing, home decor, shoes, kids toys, kitchen items and some furniture grouped into collections. The place is quiet and clean. The prices are reasonable and the money goes to a good cause. They are staffed by volunteers. It is a great place to purchase some things and support the American Cancer Society at the same time. Take a peek when you are in the area

Boutique like experience! Considering the quality of merchandise, the prices are phenomenal! Anyone that says differently does not understand the standards that the American Cancer Society Discovery Shops are held to and with all proceeds going to their cause.

Everything is so over priced. They do not seem to realize this is thrift store not retail store without sale priced.
