“Serene, calming, well-kept, and best of all cheap af. These gas prices can contend with Costco’s all while avoiding the mile long line. Instead of lines, Xpress hosts manicured shrubs and speakers that serenade you with sweet Spanish guitars. I WILL be coming back.”

“Raj is probably one of the best people I've ever come in contact with. I love his customer experience and his over all attitude. He's the most experienced worker in my opinion on handling his job and making sure everything and every customer is takin care of. He's a great guy, has a great smile and gets his job done with efficiency. You want to come to the greatest gas station and have the best customer experience possible, well welcome to arco on 301 E Bidwell St where raj is man that will take care of your needs. “The employees here are some of the most pleasant customer service representatives I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with, both in personality and appearance, displaying a professional yet welcoming atmosphere unlike any other coffeehouse I've ever experienced, including other Dutch Bros I've personally visited. Even in these trying times for our wonderful country, visiting this establishment is both reassuring and inspiring faith that we will prevail.”

“Today my husband and I stopped in to receive the 2023 updated Covid-19 vaccine, recommended as well from my doctor for pregnancy. We also purchased some allergy meds, including one comparable to Zyrtec since my allergies worsened during pregnancy. And I have to say I felt an instant relief of my symptoms! There's something about CVS that I just love! They have great sales, accessories, gift options, a convenient pharmacy and even offer vaccines! This location is no exception, the staff are always so helpful and sweet and everything is well organized! I would highly recommend this location and we'll continue to support them! I'll be back most likely in a couple weeks to get my Flu vaccine that was also recommended by my doctor! SYOY! :-)”

“I just got some water and used the restroom but, I get a vibe that this is a friendly store. Thankful that they were open in the middle of the night when I needed both those things, God bless you guys! Here's a pic of what I got. My son was sick so I got him one of those Mega vitamin waters, which seemed to do him good - and it wasn't pricey!”

“I was able to accomplish pharmacy business in a productive way, obtaining an instant refill of a RX in a matter of minutes. The ambience was friendly & so very helpful as usual.”

“Sometimes you can get good discount on Regular Gas. I mean real discount. Not like \"discount\" which already include in additional price per gallon. But real discount you can see on your received receipt.”

“By far the cleanest Circle K I've been to. The only grief is the debit machine is always broken so you must use cash or credit. If you play the lotto, make sure to bring cash or you will out of luck. The staff is always nice and helpful!”

“Would like am/pm a lot more if there wasn't cheaper prices for cash paying customers for gas per gallon AND they charge a card fee of .35¢. Seems like they are really sticking it to the customers who don't want to carry cash around.”

“I highly appreciated the help I got from the clerk at the counter she walked me over to what I was asking for, and we both didn't find it. Then she made an extra effort to look down a different aisle and find the product. I was actually looking for. She went the extra mile to find What I was looking for. I can honestly say that is very rare these days in retail. And I so appreciate it. I wish I would've gotten her name. It was a Friday around 10:30 AM and I hope her supervisor sees this review.”

“This is a decent Rite Aid location. They are usually well-stocked, the staff is usually friendly, and I'm usually able to find whatever I come in for.(Pro-tip: Rite Aid has surprisingly good deals on alcoholic beverages.)This store was partially remodeled within the last few years, after a car drove through the side of the building. (Seriously, what is up with the residents of Folsom driving through retail stores? The same thing has happened at Raley's and Starbucks.)Earlier today, I posted pictures of the new garden center inventory. They have lots of cute stuff, and it's almost always on sale. This time of year, the sale is only 25% off, but it'll probably hit 50% off by spring, and 75% off by fall. If there are any bicycle planters left by fall, they might become part of my collection. A few weeks ago, while shopping in this store, I noticed signs on the (fully stocked) ice cream freezers which read, "ICE CREAM NOT FOR SALE." Now, I'm curious. What was going on with the ice cream? Why was it there, but not for sale? If it's not for sale, why not move it to the back freezer? Do they not have a back freezer? If it was spoiled, why wasn't it thrown in the trash? Was it waiting to be donated to the food bank? Was it perfectly good ice cream that just hadn't been scanned in yet? I have so many questions.Anyway, the main reason I shop at this store is for the pharmacy, where I usually receive great service, with a few exceptions. I've actually had to come in three separate times this week, and the first two times were good experiences. The third trip has a backstory: About five months ago, I came in to pick up a three month supply of birth control. The pharmacist told me that I was only getting a two month supply, instead of three, because they were out of stock. He assured me that he would make it up to me next time-- but he never did. This afternoon, when I called to refill my prescription, I was told by the young male pharmacy assistant that I was too early. This is upsetting for a few reasons.First, they still owe me a whole month's supply that they never gave me! That's the last time I'll trust the pharmacist on his word alone, without a note or something. Why wasn't it notated on my file, as promised? Where did my prescription go? Did one of the employees sell it? Is there a Dr. Richard Sharpe situation going on?Second, according to CA law, I should be able to receive a whole year's supply at once. Last year, they were making me come in every single month. After my supply came in late two months in a row, I ended up throwing a fit (you can't just mess with my hormones and expect me not to get moody), and then they started giving me three months at a time. Third, I should be able to skip a week out of every single month, and it's honestly not my pharmacist's business if I do. This is a personal decision that is between me and my doctor. I should be able to pick up my yearly supply up to three months early, theoretically.Fourth, it's important to take birth control on a regular schedule, in order to prevent things like acne and pregnancy. Randomly changing the schedule can mess with your mood, along with a lot of other things that I would rather not mention in a Yelp review. So, to have a young man in his twenties (who I'm guessing has never taken birth control) deny me my medication was upsetting. Luckily, when I called my doctor, she straightened things out, and I was ultimately able to receive the medicine on time. By the time I came in, the young man had been replaced by a young woman, who was much more understanding and helpful. That being said, the reason I docked a star is actually for the nightmarish restrooms, which were somehow missed during the partial remodel. If my rating were for the restrooms alone, it would be a negative five. Of course, I'm only able to speak for the female restroom, but it's always dirty, has multiple broken soap dispensers attached to the walls, and rarely has usable soap.”

“This is my favorite ampm of all time. I had long nightly commutes from the Bay Area to Folsom daily. This was my safe spot. It has clean restrooms and nice staff. Sadie was always there to greet me and be kind and helpful. It also has a good selection of caffeine, from hot or cold coffee to tea to energy drinks. They have good snacks and don't over cook the hot foods. Parking is easy and the gas station and store are kept up nicely. Always clean. 5 pm or 2 am, they were always consistent. I'm actually going to miss coming here. In a tough time of my life, this place (and Sadie specifically) made me feel at home.”

“They have a free air and water station with the push of a button. the extra mile store inside has a decent offering of drinks and snacks. Chevron Gas prices are typically higher than competition, but they are also typically nicer than competition as well. I still don't understand that Techron additive though...”

“I was kind of hesitant about going to a new pharmacy after moving, but this place is great! The pharmacist and assistants are very friendly and helpful, and they fill orders surprisingly quickly. One time I brought in 6 paper prescriptions for meds for an upcoming surgery, and they were like "yeah just give us like 15 minutes and we'll have it all ready for you." And they did! Another time there was a mistake where one of my prescriptions was filled as a three month supply instead of a one month supply. The employee caught the mistake, asked me about it, and fixed it in like two minutes. I'm so glad I decided to try out this location!”

“This is one of the most organized CVSs in the Sacramento area. All the shelves are clean and filled with merchandise or medicine. An employee even walked by and asked if he could help. It was hard to get from CVS or Walgreens anymore. The store still looks old, but clean and well maintained. Most of the items are in stock. The parking lot is safe, and easy to park my car in front of the store.”
