In three recent visits, I left twice after a long, time-wasting wait with no help and once was helped just as I was leaving. Went today and two clerks were helping what clearly were two small business people. After 10 minutes I realized this wait would go on and on and that no one at this branch is dedicated to help non-business customers. This bank should have a line for business accounts separate from regular customer accounts. Final straw today. I will head back to using a credit union where I never experienced such consistently bad service.

I have been banking with Chase for many years now. Every time I go into this bank I am greeted immediately. I've never had to stand around. Their customer service is delightful in store and over the phone. I am always helped as much as possible. They're patient and kind. Thank you for your service.

Tried to no avail to convert an existing account at another bank into a trust account. Tried for two months and was unsuccessful. A coworker recommended Chase and Chase was able to get it accomplished in two business days! Thank you for your help, especially Charlene! You can tell she goes above and beyond to take care of her customers.

Hard to say; they weren't open during the time Google Maps listed they would be, but that shouldn't be the banks fault. Still frustrating. I have several fraudulent charges to discuss in coming days that will either greatly raise or reduce the neutral 3star rating. TBD

This guy refused to help me because I did not have on a mask. His mask did not even cover his nose at the time .. also he did not ask me what my reason was for not wearing a mask, isn’t that important? He flat out refused to give me my money. I did not go in there to buy a sandwich or a T-shirt, I went in there to withdraw MY money. What’s the law on this? I will find out and I will take action. You can’t withhold somebody’s money .. a MANDATE IS NOT A LAW. a REQUIREMENT IS NOT A LAW.. Withholding somebody’s money is a problem for not wearing a mask ESPECIALLY when you don’t ask the reason they don’t have a mask on

I have use this ATM, a few time's. Nice ATM, pretty straightforward. I like short lines, and a quick transaction, and this is what this branch offers.

Woww. Walked in and waited well over half an hour for signature card. When I went back to the counter to ask if someone was there to help with my signature card, I was asked "what's that". Mind blown
