Awesome people I’ve been away from an army base for almost a year now for Recruiting assignment. The environment of teamwork and pursuit of fitness goals reminds me of the camaraderie that you’d find on an Army base. This is my second trial week here, definitely recommend if you want to be with like minded people that push and motivate you.T.

The coaches here are fantastic. I've been to a few bootcamp/Crossfit gyms, but I feel like the coaches here really know how to help me with mobility and other issues to perfect my squat and olympic lifts. Also, you couldn't ask for a warmer group of people to workout with! The clientele are supportive and encouraging.

This is a fine place, But there are NO pictures of rowing machines. Why does it say so in google MAPS. Very annoyed. Please put in a picture of it. Thank you.

Best coaches ever. Awesome programs that are good for beginners (like me) or advanced super athletes. I love all of the support from the coaches and other people in class. I always leave feeling better than when I showed up. The Folsom location is 20 min from my house. I quit a different gym that was only a mile away to go to AWF because it's worth the drive! I cannot day enough about how amazing everyone is!
