My boyfriend and I have been sleeping on our hide a bed couch for the past 2 weeks and our back begin to hurt. So we went to America Furnitures store to look for a bedroom set. Robert was so helpful in explaining things to us and when I explained to him that I have a bad back and I needed something more comfortable for me... He explained the differences in the firmness in differences in the mattresses and he was right on thr spot with the kind if mattress that would be more comfortable for me. He was a very awesome associate to help us understand things with the beds and mattress. Tom was also awesome ans between the the two of them they have given us a great deal on our bedroom and mattress furniture. If we ever need furniture for our place, we will definitely buy again from America's Furniture! It sure was a great place to buy Furnitures and the associates are very friendly and warm and welcome you to the store!

We LOVE the couch we got at American Furniture! It looks beautiful and guests love it! Watched the Oscars in total comfort and it’s our favorite place to sit. I haven’t bought a new couch in 28 years and so it was a big deal. Thank you Thomas for helping us get it so quickly!

We bought 2 night stands that needed to be a very specific size in order for them to fit on each side of the bed. Don C was very helpful and showed us the stands that fit our size requirements and color we needed. And helped us check out and explained their return policy very well because we worried they may or may not fit and he was very upfront and honest about the return process. The pieces ended up fitting perfectly and we didn’t need to return them. Very pleased with Don’s service.

Tim allowed us to look around without shadowing us, yet was always there when we had questions. We bought a two piece set and we can’t wait to get it! Great customer service provided by Tim.

This experience at the furniture store left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I spoke to Robert about a chaise lounge in which I was interested a few months ago and emailed pictures; I never heard back from him. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and called back last week. When I finally got through to someone, I didn't mention my previous interaction and simply asked if they had anything similar to the chase lounge I had in mind. The employee immediately told me that they couldn't order from that company, and I understood that, but I was hoping they could find something comparable. He said he would have one of his associates call me back before 6 p.m., but I never received a call. A week went by until I called today to follow up. Robert was rude, unhelpful, and disrespectful, constantly interrupting me and repeating the same information about not being able to order from that company. I tried to explain that I understood that, but I was just hoping they could find something similar. He then proceeded to tell me that the call was not starting on a good note, and I thought to myself,? What is he talking about? I said to him that it was common curiosity to call back a customer. He continued to repeat himself and said he would end this call, and I thought to myself, Is he kidding? He ended the call, and I called back to ask for the corporate number, and he hung up on me again. I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism and customer service.First, not calling a customer back isn’t making an effort. You also didn’t respond to my email over a month ago .. Then, when I made the effort to follow up again, I was met with the manager again aggressively repeating himself over and over that the product couldn’t be ordered. It was blatantly clear the item couldn’t be ordered; I was told they would try to find me a similar alternative and call back before 6 p.m. that evening. Nobody throughout this entire situation has provided a single alternative. There was absolutely no effort made on their part. He got offended on the phone because he got called out on the fact that so much time has gone by and he still couldn’t provide a single alternative . If they couldn’t find an alternative for me, fine. Why didn’t you just follow up and say that? This whole situation was the result of a complete lack of effort from the start.

Great store to purchase beautiful & quality furniture… thanks to the help of Tim we were able to acquire many pieces to go with our new home!When we started our day to furniture shop we were thinking of different stores we would need to go to complete our task.Little did we know this store would fill all our needs in one day!Special shoutout to Robert aka “The Greeter”. With his help we facilitated our purchase in a timely manor!
