Seriously the worst Pharmacy. Incompetent. Horrible service. I hope this Pharmacy closes!!! I had to edit my review because it baffles me that this Pharmacy has a 3 star rating appears after reading. Honestly! THE WORSE AND THEY ARE LIARS!

This rite aid store has fantastic employees...except the pharmacy! I dread picking up a prescription from the rite aid pharmacy because unlike the rest of the store employees, the pharmacy personal are nasty and rude and quick to argue with the customers . They make you feel like you are disturbing them and an inconvenience, They never call you back when asked to check on an item. The rest of the store is a joy to shop in... just take your prescriptions to Safeway or Walgreens or anywhere else

I have no time during the weekdays to bring my child to the clinic for a flu shot. Rite Aid made it possible today since they accept appointments on the weekend. I scheduled it for 5 PM, but arrived at 1055 AM and they accepted the schedule change without an issue. I am very pleased by their customer service and happy to have it in the neighborhood! Thank you Rite Aid Pharmacy staff! I couldnt bring my child to daycare next week without you!

Overall a chill store, normally simple to find what I need, though they always seem short staffed and over worked, I wish they could get more help.

They closed the pharmacy early tonight, October 5th, 2023. Tried to pick up an important and time sensitive script at 8:45 but they were closed already. Their customer service has gone downhill over the past few months. We had been very pleased with their service for a few years until the past few months and may change pharmacies because of recent experience. It's a tough gig and they're constantly understaffed.

Very nice people. prices are good and with sales and discounts it makes it even better. love being able to grab a scoop of ice cream and with hotter weather coming that is a big plus. ample parking and easy in and out to mission. Glad they're a part of our community.

And i never been in anywhere else but this ride aid ! MANAGER CARRIE IS AMAZING ! SHE DESERVES TO GET PROMOTION ! I moved from LA 6 months ago and i have not seen any Ride Aid this clean organized and extremely friendly stuff member ! Nope ! Fallbrook very lucky to have this place ! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ?!

I moved out of California to Florida. You would think I'd moved to Mars.This Pharmacy absolutely refused to cooperate with transferring my medication. My new Florida Pharmacy called them repeatedly for a week trying to get my perceptions transferred. No answer on their phones, no return of number voice mails.I personally called them for over a week, repeatedly (as in 6 times) literally begging them to call my new Pharmacy. They refused to pick up the phone and call. Repeatedly.

Been going to Rite Aid for many years in Encinitas where I used to live. NEVER a problem. Now living Fallbrook for the last 2years, I haven't any serious complaints, but in the evening hours the staffing is short @ times, but customer service is good.
