ATMs constantly has issues and do not dispense cash. No signs posted. Had to walk in twice in one month to get cash because the ATMs weren’t working. What is this 2005??

Went in to open account told to do application online than it didn't work and than called to figure what went wrong and told to go back to the bank a complete tail chase I would recommend going to another bank.

This bank fools me time and time again with the green arrow over the drive thru ATM entrance... I've attempted to get cash three times in the past few months and the drive thru ATM appears to be working / fully functional right up to the point of dispensing the "Quick $40" when it tells you it is unable to complete the transaction and to try again later. Very frustrating!

Outstanding customer service by Bank Employees!!! Had serious financial issue to deal with regarding an account, and received prompt, efficient and courteous attention. My Brother accompanied me and even he was impressed!!!

Banks are banks. Chase has been a leader in the personal and business banking industry for years and by acquisitions. With so many locations and ATMs it makes dollars and sense to be a customer. Who remembers WAMU? Rates are reasonable. Customer service is good depending on how much business you give them. Been a customer for several decades and probably will be til the day I die. Their CEO has excellent business ideas that helps keep their profits and the economy going. Save your money at Chase don't chase it!

Fernando did an incredible job getting me set up with new accounts. I tried three different Chase branches and it’s only thanks to him that it happened, otherwise it might have been another month before all the planets aligned! Super nice and honest, made me feel a lot more comfortable with the transition to Chase.

Better than most. Like most big banks they pay zero interest on savings and checking. I've gone to online where I get 2.3%.

I like the people who work there ,From top to bottom. I am a private client card holder, which is helpful, and enjoyed my experience there since opening up my account 6years ago when I Retired. Only had one experience that bothered me. When I went to use the outside ATM. IT WAS OUT OF ORDER. Well that's all, it happened on a Sunday, I let them know Monday. And havnt had a problem again.

In my opinion, ALL banks are a necessary evil. Once they get ahold of your money, they act like it's theirs to do with as they like and charge you a FEE for the privilege. But as for rating them, Chase Bank is not as bad as many others I have had the misfortune of dealing with. None of them feel as if they should offer decent customer service. But Chase is at least better in this capacity as well, than the many others I've dealt with.
