Preordered 6 months in advance OP05, he scams you by the 180 day PayPal buyer protection expiring and then claims that you actually preordered the 3rd or 4th wave which comes 5-6 months AFTER initial release, If even that, you end up never getting product, or dealing with an extremely condescending narcissistic “shop” owner, Avoid at all costs, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP/WEBSITE YOU WILL BE SCAMMED, He will threaten you with restocking fees and refunding fees btw but don’t allow it, if your order is before 180 days PayPal protection then you can simply challenge and report scammed and you’ll get your money back

Will update this when it is corrected I recommend not to preorder from this location, did a preorder of one piece op 5, 6 to 7 months prior release June 2023, no word from them they possibly over sold, most likely took in preorders and sold the boxes at a premium and still didn't refund. Fast forward a year later sent a email last week on any updates on the refund and no response. All emails and responses that was given said refunds will be finished early may while at this post mid June now. I bought a case of op5 one piece. Again buyers beware of this store if you don't want this issue

I have, in total, spent thousands of dollars at this shop. They started a membership program. I bought into the program briefly, but realized that after they failed to post the "daily deals" that were expected most days and that the deals themselves were usually not of interest (things like overstock sleeves, etc) that the membership was not worth it. I cancelled my membership, citing multiple reasons that I didn't want to continue in my email. I received a passive aggressive email back, but they did cancel my membership.
While I had the membership, I pre-ordered a bunch of magic and lorcana boxes. The week that those products were due to release (months later) they cancelled and refunded my preorder so that they could sell the boxes for more, as the prices had increased since the preorder. They said that this was necessary because I had cancelled my membership, but there were absolutely no terms of the membership laid out beforehand that in any way suggested that they could just cancel your orders if you don't hold their membership anymore.
Terrible business practice, especially against a customer that has spent thousands of dollars at their shop. Buyer beware. They will screw you over to make a quick buck and/or out of spite for not maintaining their overpriced membership.

The experiences I’ve had with this business have been really disappointing compared to when I first started supporting them. If you asked me about my experiences with World Champion Cards a couple years ago I would have very positive things to say.
I placed an order for a case of the upcoming One Piece TCG set back in 06/2023 that was scheduled to release 12/2023. The store didn’t received their order on the day of release since the product was in high demand and we were told that we would have to wait till the second wave of shipments later that month or early next month. We once were told they got their second wave of shipment but were waiting on the third wave that way they can send out everything at once and that the third wave was delayed due to storms early this year and should arrive within a week. The months came and went with very minimal updates unless we reached out to them, and if we did get an update it was always along the lines of the distributor hasn’t been able to confirm anything. They eventually sent out an email at the beginning of 03/2024 saying that everyone who had ordered this product will receive a refund without having to pay their restocking fees, which in itself was kind of redundant since they mentioned they didn’t have the product at hand just yet. In that email we were told that it would take up to 10 business days for the refunds to process and show up in our bank accounts. Around the time of the 10th business day they sent out a following email saying that the emails will take longer to process and will now take up till May to process completely. Within this situation alone there were multiple times where things were said but never delivered on or went back on their word. Today, 5/24/2024, after filing a charge back dispute a couple months back I finally got the confirmation that my refund had been processed.
The business started receiving a lot of negative reviews because of poor business practices as shown above and so the owner decided to take on to social media and critique each individual negative comment and explain how it was a false claim, the reviewer was wrong, and also advised any of his local/loyal customers to leave positive reviews that way his stores rating online doesn’t go down.
During a prerelease event for one of the more recent One Piece sets many people had ordered the product and they were told that they won’t be able to ship product out until the second wave (same situation as the first), but somehow they were able to sell boxes of the new set at that event at a higher price than what they were sold to the people who preordered months ahead. There was an incident where they told a customer that if they get product that was preordered but someone else wants to pay a higher amount that they will sell it for a higher price instead of fulfilling the order. He has also canceled events because he would rather open the product he received for such events.
The store also blamed a community of players for him not being able to host events because of all the inquiries people kept asking about their backlogged orders which at that point made it hard to feel welcomed to purchase or attend any events that shop would host.
Some people have been having positive experiences with them and that’s great, I’m speaking as someone who was supporting this location for about 2 years now and had been burned by them and have been caught looking like a fool because i recommended them to so many people that have had nothing with bad experiences as well. If you wonder how much of my statements have been true then you’re welcome to try looking them up and find plenty of posts online about peoples negative experiences that have mirrored mine as well. I wish anyone who shops with them the best of luck and I also warn them that their money may be held onto for any preorders and if they would want to cancel they will need to pay a fee to do so.

Would HIGHLY not recommend pre-ordering anything from this store online. There is nothing worse than pre-ordering one year in advance for product to then get no communication or replies back as to what happened to your order.

Doesn't honor pre sale prices, will cancel order and extort you for more money or just keep your money for months and then ask for more. Trash business 0/10 would not recommend.

This is what you get for trusting someone for 2-3 months to fulfill product. Do not trust this seller one bit, told me unless I paid additional on top then our product wouldn’t be secured. Terrible attitude, service, and business I highly don’t recommend for any preordering.

I’ve done preorders through them and have always received my product, I find this store to be the most reliable place to order and receive products. From everything I have experienced they are very hard workers and care for their community with fun deals they gave out, example Black Friday and op01 restock for $100 when they were $200 market at the time.

I have had nothing but a good experience when purchasing cards from this local card store. I think it's important to help support your local card stores. I have been to their local events for One Piece and I have no complaints. I remember purchasing an OP-02 box for a $100 back in the day and pull a manga Ace so really no complaints here :)

I have been a customer with them since October 2023. They are one of the only shops around that sell boxes at MSRP value until other customers have been taking advantage of their kindness. They are active in their communication when it comes to email and are very professional. And in general, they have great sales and I have bought several one piece sleeves from them in great condition for gifts and for my own usage. I have pre- ordered OP- 06 Flanked By Legends so I will keep you updated for a future review.

I love world championship cards more than I love any other card store in the Solano county area. If you want to be part of a card store in Solano county this is by far the best service and experience you could ever hope for. I am so thankful I found a card shop I can support and be appreciated at. They have the best selection of lorcana I have found and the value I get from shopping local and not big box is a huge plus.
