The teller was full of compliments about my wedding ring and how it looked like one from vampire diaries, that is until she saw on my marriage certificate that I was married to a man then she refused to cash my paycheck and became very rude. I asked what changed since the last time since this same location cashed my paycheck last month. She became very defensive and short with me and said that “first because of the amount!” My check was less than $200 more than last month. She then said that there was no way to “file” my marriage certificate. Whatever that means. This is why I am not a Wells Fargo customer. This woman was clearly being discriminatory towards me. Last month my check was cashed no problem but now there’s no way to cash my paycheck.

I'm truck driver black I went to this bank the guard was unfriendly when I asked do I need sign in for opening up business account she waved her had Saud just sit in red chair then I did only few minutes later a nudget address me I told her my need an she Saud waut minute came back to tell ne I need make a appointment to open up a business account I was only black in the establishment an only one black make working in this bank no one ha a customer at there cubicle but I was denied service all because I was black.i never recommend this bank to anyone horrible service an treatment here very racist place I'm long time customer didn't mean a thing to these racist people.

I can not believe the customer serv that I ha received from Wells Fargo, it was horrible!!!!!I honestly thought they would have the best interest in the customer but I feel they are just out to rip people off????? I expected better help

I am currently looking for a new bank. The service at Wells Fargo was really gone downhill. This branch always has huge lines due to them closing nearby branches. They have a ton of employees but 1/2 are standing around overseeing doing nothing productive for customers. They also won’t stop classless people from cutting in the huge lines they caused. They just ignore it because the customer experience no longer matters at Wells Fargo only the bottom line. Cant close accounts in branch. It is fine to cost cut but wait until more customers get sick of it and leave.

Visited this branch on 02/24/2022 regarding disputed unauthorized balance transfer check from my credit card. Yareli who assisted me was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She answered and explained all my inquiries and I was satisfied that the disputed transaction was reversed. She's an asset to Wells Fargo bank because she enjoys her job and good at it.

Very disappointed in the services I received on thursday Dec 23 2021 I wanted to open a new account with my family and she said you need an appt There was no customers in site except us She could have help us. It was about 10:30am I was very upset especially she was just talking to the security guard. While We were leaving she was laughing and so was the security guard Not very professional. Very disgusting how they treated us You don't do that to customers that are 10 plus yeas as a member

So I opened a new account at this location at the end of November. I thought it would be a relatively simple transaction. I brought all the necessary documents yet I have had to return twice since opening. The letter I received this weekend states I have 20 days to correct before they close the account. This isn't a good thing for two reasons. 1. Plain and simple this isn't good customer service. 2. You sent me a personal invitation to open the account which is why I opened the account. I dislike sharing negative feedbacks on business however, in this case they must do better.

I went to this branch after moving to Suisun City to open a personal checking account. The place was packed with people. I barely opened the door when I security greeted me with a suspicious "what do you doing here?" type of look. The vibe was similar to that of the vibe Clint Eastwood got when he first walked into that Lago bar at the beginning of High Plains Drifter. I told them I am here to open an account. I was told "you can't just come in and open an account, you have to make an appointment to open one." (Actually the security guard who spoke with me was pretty friendly and he later came up to me and said something more welcoming.) But it's like the DMV in there. After I first spoke to the guard I managed to find a free employee and asked when banks started making appointments (since I found out most other banks don't require that). They offered me an appointment a week away and I left dejected and said to myself I'd just stick with my bank; Citibank. But there are no Citibank's close to Fairfield/Suisun, and I needed a big chain with a branch in Orange County, so I called Wells Fargo at the number they gave to set up an appointment at the branch. I finally set one up for for 10:30 AM on October 15, 2021. Forty-five minutes before the appointment they called me and said "we've double booked and have to cancel your appointment... we're sorry, but we can get you in on October 27." Who do they think they are... this isn't an MRI for a medical procedure? "Get me in on the 27th?" I just said, "it shouldn't be this hard for me to give you my business, so forget it, I'll choose to bank elsewhere." Since I first walked in I have heard others say that the Wells Fargo in Fairfield sucks. I agree.

Wells Fargo Bank is probably the lousy most ever bank. I have been a customer for 20 yrs and people are wondering why I stayed with them its because I do a lot of autopay. In my 20yrs I never applied for any types of loans I use a credit union...this bank is lousy I will give an example I deposited a check for 2000..I have over 20000 in the account and yet it doesnt clear for 48 hours...I have enough money to cover it, the credit union I use once I deposit a check in 5 minutes it shows up on the balances. I'm going to move my money somewhere else this bank not so much the branch is a disgusting branch. Thank my lucky stars they do not have any phony loans or legit loans from them. Good bye worthless Bank
