Reuben was able to locate the source and eliminate the loud rumble in my Ford Focus that a supposedly reputable mechanic in Vallejo could not. His work was efficient and very reasonable and the customer service was great. Thank you!

I took my Infiniti Q50 to Ruben's because my car was making a weird noise when I start it. I had been told by the Infiniti's service team that the noise was normal but I knew that noise was not happening when I bought the car. Ruben said that the noise was not normal and it was due to the wrong oil being used for my transmission. He changed the oil which was completely black and the air filters. When I started the vehicle again, I did not hear the noise and the vehicle started driving smoothly. He made me aware of my brakes needing to be changed soon at the next oil change. 10/10!!!

All of my family takes their vehicles here. I've had problems with my car that other places could not figure out. Rueben always does. His prices are very reasonable. Now that I found him, I'll never take my car anywhere else.

Tired of taking my cars to untrusted dealers shops and getting bad service, found this shop and since the first time I felt like a family member. Great service, I trust the diagnostics and repairs. :D A++++ 5star service.

I have never met someone who lied and was a rude to his customers than Ruben himself. Such terrible customer service. I went and brought my car that needed a new transmission the HE messed up. And he didn't do a single thing with it when I picked it up. Then cussed at me and my wife and told us to leave. Don't do business with a man that talks to you like this.

When we first moved to Fairfield felt happy to find Belen and Ruben. Had some minor service done w/out an issue and Belen was nice. That all changed when we had the air conditioning serviced on our truck. Apparently there was a leak not detected and leaked out within days. OK. Lost that money. The mistake was going back. Was told a new Compressor was needed. OK. $1,300 bucks later our truck was returned a mess. Yes, I know they needed to get into the dash but on return a bunch of items were loose in the cab and stereo wires were not connected back. When I told Belen the truck was returned a mess (my Husband loves and respects his truck) she told me in a nasty tone, "I should EXPECT that with dash work!" WHAT?? NO WE SHOULD NOT EXPECT IT RETURNED TRASHED!! Ready for the Kicker...$1,300 later, it lasted a week and Leaked out Again!!!!! Took to AAA repair. Told we needed a new Compressor....WHAT? Did Ruben's even replace?? Used Part?? Anyway, for 700. for same job....Done and returned Truck just as it was dropped off. Loved and Respected! Air has been Blowing Cold for over a year now, never another air issue. Skip Ruben's!! Sorry Ruben, nice guy but Belen, Wow!

I brought my car, Rubens they were able to take care of all my car issues and then improve my car performance. I had them install a fuel injection system. Im very happy with the quality of work and was done fast and efficiently. I highly recommend them for all your auto repair needs and performance car needs.

Brought my car in to have the air conditioning checked out as it was blowing hot air in April, 2022. I was charged for 4 pounds of refrigerant and told the problem was a suspected bad relay, and they didn't have time to finish fixing my car. I had called three times in the last month trying to get an appointment to no avail. I finally gave up and went somewhere else. That was this week, third week in July. The problem was an electrical plug, and that shop repaired it in 30 minutes. Additionally, my system is not leaking refrigerant. So my belief is if my system isn't leaking now, it wasn't leaking in April when I brought it in either, and I was charged for 4 pounds of refrigerant I didn't require.

Zero if I could. This man feeds off woman who know nothing about cars. We are literally the ones putting free food on his table. I brought my car in because it was shaking and the light kept going on and off, I got it scanned prior and told him the light isn't on but the scan said it was a misfire in the 4th cylinder, more than likely my coil because I just did my sparks. After that I told him the light currently was not on... he gave me a weird look then said he'd call me. 3 hours later he calls me to pick up and basically tells me "well the light isn't on so I can't do anything" then hands me a bill for $300. The lady goes "well he gave you a discount on his hourly" ON TOP OF THAT he said he fixed my brake light.. turns out he didn't, he just cleared the code. Absolute scam, typical men looking for woman to pay their bills. Btw I changed my coils myself, and my car has been running perfectly.

oil pan lid was dragging on the ground. they charged 125 to screw in the loose screws.
