my civic’s fender got backed into when i was out of town. staff was friendly and communicative, car was done in less than a week, and my new fender looked perfect. they charge a lot but it’s for good reason, they do a good job. if you want it done right this is the place.

The business I run is a few doors down from them and we do work for them from time to time. Good people, good paint work and from what I see fast service on getting there customers vehicles done. Y'all should stop on by and check them out. It's also nice that they went into a build that was vacant so it makes the area of location nicer.

I took my car in for repair at Klimischs Collision in Fairfield. Will was my advisor and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely informative and very patient with all the questions that I had unlike the lady in the front. Will answered all of my questions, and made me feel extremely comfortable that they were fixing my vehicle. Thanks Will for your great customer service and knowledge. My car looks great and I got my car a few days before I expected. I truly appreciate it.

I ran into an incident with my vehicle causing repairs to be done. I was referred to Klimisch by a sister company down the street from them. This place just barely opened. I went to Klimisch and was greeted by almost everyone when I walked through the door. A very welcoming place. I got an estimate for my vehicle and a couple weeks later my vehicle today was repaired. They had replaced my rear bumper and touched up some scratches on my vehicle. Chris was the one who worked with me throughout the whole process. Not one negative comment about him. He was always thorough and answered all my concerns/questions I had. All the staff were very friendly as well every time I came. Not one bad attitude. All with smiles and positive attitude. I am very content with the work done to my vehicle and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great repair known for their vehicle. They even tire shined! I sure will recommend as well to family and friends moving forward. Thank you all who helped work on my vehicle!
