I knew we loved this gym, but I really took for granted just how awesome they were until we had a bad experience at the Browns Valley location today.This gym is always clean. The people are incredibly friendly and the kid zone workers are top tier. They make my children feel safe and excited to be there which, in turn, makes me feel trustful of them and their program. We especially love Ms. B and Moe!I want to gatekeep them so that it doesn’t get crowded, but I just am grateful for the professional, friendly workers and the intensely good workouts I get here. 10/10 recommend.

Must be the most expensive gym in the area. The cardio and weight areas are nothing special but the pool is nice and the reason for joining. But now the pool will be closed for over 2 months for maintenance. After paying a fee to join, high monthly fees plus an annual fee we now can't use the only reason for joining. At the very least they should waive their fee for putting the membership on hold until this is fixed. Or offer half off during the time they can't offer what we are paying for. Thinking about canceling or switching to the dover location which is cheaper. Also the website says there's an indoor pool which is not true.

This gym is my favorite but has a big room for improvement. Bathrooms were closed over two months in the summer time but only one wall of tiles has been remodeled?! What a joke! Women's bathrooms steam room, sauna and jacuzzi are often closed or not working. Yoga studio upstairs never opened. Why? Classes are mainly for old people, seniors, yoga restore, chair yoga, etc. do not offer much. Tennis classes, boot camp, Pickleball tournaments, personal trainers would be great! Some equipment would use an upgrade. Outdoor pool is nice and clean but in order to reserve a line for swimming, the membership must be upgraded, thus more money on top of already super overpriced membership. For a "Double Diamond " should be all locations and reservations system INCLUDED! The staff is mostly friendly.

Dry sauna has not been working I joined the gym for the health benefits of the dry sauna I am trying to stay cancer free and manage cardiac issues.

Great location, and quiet, friendly staff, I can use just about any piece of Equipment at any time without having to wait for someone to get off their phone.Love the pool 3ft-10ft.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Rancho Solano In-Shape. They are all very pleasant and welcoming whenever you arrive, and always willing to help and assist with any questions or concerns. I give them all 5 stars. The corporate In-Shape is another story, and they don't deserve a 5 star rating. We all pay high prices to belong to this club, however nothing is ever upgraded or fixed. The women's handicap bathroom was out of service for a good 6 months and finally was recently fixed. The pool has an enormous crack in it, and keeps getting worse. The staff keeps things as clean as they are able considering how old and outdated things have gotten. Someone from the corporate office should make a trip out to see what needs to be fixed and upgraded, and then use some of our high dues to fix the problems. In-Shape is very fortunate to have such good employees at Rancho Solano or many members would have already left.

It has been closed for almost four months and Jude reopened recently. Spa is not open with a sign saying "closed Do not enter". I wish they can hire someone to clean this place daily like Dover in shape . I hope they will improve their maintenance !

I never understand why this club is a 'double Diamon' club and charges $149.99 per month! It is very small with old facilities, all tennis/pickle ball courts (they use tennis court for pickle ball players as well) have big cracks which affect plays but has never been fixed, the swimming pool had no heat for long time, and no one really cared. Yes, this club charges high price for a community college quality of a gym, as someone said earlier. I have to quit after a year's membership, even though it is the most convenient one to us since we live in this community. It doesn't deserve the level of 'double diamond', for sure!

Day pass is $25 but the locker room is under construction, sauna and facilities are out of order. Machines are squeaky and poorly maintained.
