Made a reservation through the website. Received a confirmation email. 2 hours before pickup they call to say they have no vehicles available. They tell me the website doesn't know about inventory of vehicles at a particular location. How can the website not be aware if the vehicles it reserves exist? This is a horrible way to do business and shows a complete disregard for the customer. Not only will I never do business here again, I will warn everyone I know that this is an unreliable business where a reservation is not a reservation

Nick and Bri are excellent ambassadors to this company. Their customer service skills and going the extra mile really made my day.After I had crashed my car earlier that day .Grateful !

Usually only 1 person working the counter, so expect to wait if there are people ahead of you or if the attendant was on the phone. The attendant that helped me when I picked up the car was pleasant and so was the one that helped me when I returned the car. There is someone else working, but they may be running around getting the cars ready or processing returns, etc. I booked the manager's special and was only offered an electric car, no option for a gas powered car. Options were a Kia Niro electric or for an up charge, a Tesla. I chose the Kia since I didn't want to pay extra for a Tesla. The attendant that helped me when I picked up the car was pleasant and so was the one that helped me when I returned the car. I booked the car on Priceline and the price I was quoted on Priceline was $472.89, but when I got there, the price I was told was $488.15 which is $15.26 more than what was quoted on Priceline. I was in a hurry when picking up the car, so I did not have time to argue about the price. The other thing I was not happy about is that the "electric" car did not come with a charging cable! How do you expect to rent out an electric car and not provide a charging cable?! I was told to just search for charging stations nearby on the car's GPS and I can charge at the charging station of my choice. If I was a tourist staying in a hotel, then I guess a charging cable would not be necessary, I but I live in town and got the car due to my car is in the shop, so it would have been nice to be able to charge the car at home without having to wait for the car to charge at the charging station. The plus is that I was told I could bring the car back at 80% charge (94% when I picked it up). I don't appreciate the discrepancy in price and the fact that they only allowed me to choose an electric car, but not provide a cable to charge it with!

I had a very bad experience as a customer. I will never do business with this rental company ever again. They didn’t take my concerns seriously and the management didn’t take the time to address my concerns. The information that I received from multiple associates there did not seem to be consistent. One associate told me one thing that was different from what another associate told me prior. They’ll talk over you while you are trying to talk to them on the phone. So communication in person and on the phone sucks. Management seems to be too much of a coward to want to get on the phone to talk to me about these concerns.

Not a late night convenience rental like you might find at a reasonably sized airport. Check the hours. I did not arrive late but cut it close.I rented a Tesla to try it out and because it was less expensive than a similar non-EV car of its size. I got drive-away insurance. I guess I didn't get Executive Return privileges but I dropped the car off and left the key in the Executive Key Return box.The cheerful guy who rented to me was preparing to close up when I arrived. He had a car to fit my reservation so with my ID and a very quick primer on the Tesla, I was on my way.Did they notice I scuffed a curb, after I returned it (Where were you for THAT one, annoying Tesla collision avoidance system?)? I don't know if it even showed up.The reasons for a star taken off are two. First, they did not clear the car of debris between renters. Second, the car looks like someone swiped over the inside of the windshield with a rag that was no longer clean, leaving visible streaks and creating glare when aimed toward the setting sun.Parking for private vehicles is both up front and behind the building, to the right. Parking for returned Hertz rentals is out back. The 'Executive Return' key box is out front.The facility seemed clean and tidy but I did not have occasion to use the bathroom facilities.I would be willing to rent from them again, but I would request that they clean the windshield thoroughly before I took possession.

To anyone needing a rental car, DO NOT & i repeat DO NOT go to Hertz on North Texas.We had a reserved a vehicle to pick up at 12 and we werent able to get there until 1, at which they had already given our vehicle away. They told us we were late, and when we told them we came as soon as we were able to get here and that nowhere in our confirmation email did it state that there was an allotted window before your car would be given away, they continued to speak over us and tell us we were late and there's nothing they'll do. I understand there are no shows and they need to rent out the vehicles, but an hour later...for a reserved vehicle? Even though it guarantees the car you reserve ...and then no attempt to help us but just straight attitude right off the bat?So I decided to check out some reviews and wasn't surprised to see multiple other people had similar complaints of not being able to pick up their car that they RESERVED IN ADVANCE due to them giving them out to other people. But they're were ALSO many other complaints about the Manager John! Similar complaints to what we experienced which shows that's just the type of manager he is.Very unprofessional and rude with a bad attitude. He had no intentions of solving the situation and instead just kept up the bad attitude and snarky comments with his "I don't care" attitude. He then tried to tell us that upper management came and took most of their cars. But didn't feel the need to let any of the customers who had reservations for that day know in advance. There was even another customer inside dealing with the exact same situation when we came in. (He reserved a car, even received a phone call this morning confirming, and they gave his car away and dismissed everything the man said.) he even looked at us when John walked off and said he had a bad attitude. The other worker Abe I guess decided to hop onto the bad service train with his manager and proceed to wave us away after telling us he wouldn't help us because they don't have any cars. Safe to say I will NEVER go here for any rentals because it's a waste of time and not worth the headache to be disrespected at a place you are giving money.

Never going to this location again. I booked a car months in advance and they gave my rental to someone else leaving me having to last minute try to find another location for my vacation the DAY before. The manager John was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. They did nothing to fix the situation or make things right. There was another customer dealing with the same issues with having their car given away as well. I would never recommend this location or this company at all anymore.

Zero stars.I was sent by Mercury insurance to pick up a vehicle on Friday. I called Thursday night to make sure a vehicle would be available in the morning, I informed the representative I did not want an electric vehicle because of my last rental experience. When I arrived during my appointment time the representative advised that they only had 1 electric vehicle and it cost $51 and my insurance was only covering $22 a day , no one called me and told me that there wasn't any vehicle in stock. The manger John was very rude and unprofessional. I was stranded and had to catch an Uber . I was late to work . Hertz as a company is completely unreliable , and the customer service is horrible ver misleading and all about sales.

I had to get a rental because my truck was getting repaired in shop and I had never rented a car before so it was a first for me. I was in a vulnerable situation, I had just been in a car accident a day before, long story short, I was tricked into getting the hertz insurance added on. The hertz agent at the counter made it seem as though it was needed. I did not know it was an additional charge and was not covered through my insurance. I had the rental vehicle for 4 weeks and at the end of my rental I had to pay way more then what I expected to have to pay out of pocket. I contacted hertz to see if they would waive it because that’s what my insurance said they should have done since I had full coverage already and hertz would not do it. They took allot of money from me and I will never ever use them again for any feature car rentals. They are snakes and will take advantage of you.
