Had an amazing time at SONAS in Fairfax. Gerry is ann incredible designer and a warmhearted, Irishman and I highly recommend all his clothes.

Stopped in SONAS while my band was playing nearby. Picked up this jacket and it was our best purchase of 2023! The owner Gerry really nailed it... he said this was something our guitarist could wear everywhere and he was right. It's been worn it at so many gigs all across the country. Can't wait to go back!

My favorite store in Fairfax and in all of Marin! Gerry's personal touch and personalized service is extraordinary and it's easy to see why so many customers become friends. If you're looking for the coolest clothes in town, look no further. My closet is quickly filling with great jackets, shirts and blouses from Sonas! I love their progressive philosophy about the use of animal products in clothing and shoes...they only sell vintage leather...and the quality of their vegan leather jackets is unbeatable.

Sonas! What a perfect addition to Fairfax! A slice of silver lake or echo park meets San Geronimo and it's all wrapped up in the coolest fashion. I was there for about 30 minutes and the owner Jerry seemed to know and Greet almost every passerby by name and THEIR DOGS-and he went out of his way to give the dogs treats (after getting the ok from the owner). Gerry, the owner hails from Rathfarnham, a suburb of Dublin, Ireland. Kind , Genuine, social and down to earth ...and a man with good taste. A win for Marin! (Thanks for suggesting a great Jacket, it looks great).

Great shop! My wife and I wandered in on a Sunday evening and had a long, friendly conversation with Carol about vintage stage clothes. I went back on a Wednesday morning and Gerry spent a long time showing me a variety of items. I walked out with a couple of things that look great and will work well. Look forward to stopping in again next time we're in Fairfax!

Gerry is the best - and check out the jeans - original designs (and hot)! This is a gem if you — like me — still like shopping in-person where you are able to touch the fabric, try it on, and parade in front of a super supportive staff.
