“I'm giving a five star rating based on the technician who worked on my bike. If it were based on the service rep at the service desk (tune up/repair) I would give a two. I'm assuming it is a matter of personality, but the "gentleman" taking in my bike could use a good bit of customer service training. That said, the young man who did the work on my bike went above and beyond.”
“Arrived in Roseville after lunch for a pre construction site visit early tomorrow. Wore and packed as if it was Escondido weather, with base layer and t shirts. Here in Roseville it's sunny and too warm for what I packed. Needed to find a cheap long sleeve shirt for work the next morning. Found this establishment directly across the freeway and was closing in less than an hour. Arrived and was assisted with my options by a gentleman who works here. “Definitely a legit place to visit for variety of the hottest current styles. You'll find brands like; Nike Adidas Vans Reebok Ugg's We had visited multiple other shoe stores and had no luck finding my 5th grader a pair of shoes. I get it, I'm super picky about what shoes like and maybe he takes after me... not a bad thing! We were able to choose from many of the cool kid styles and he finally found something to fit his personal style. The staff were cool too! Kinda pricey but not more than other stores, they just have to good stuff!”
“Slavic is the best. I came in today and on a very short notice, he made a very good repair. My first time there and I'll definitely be back. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the service is professional and quick. I was lucky to have my order done the same day and the quality was excellent. I think all of the low star ratings are from the time when this place was run by the previous owner. I can't imagine Slavic getting a 1 star review - impossible. Excellent and friendly service.”

“Sam at this Sketchers location deserves many kudos. He went over and above to find a shoe that solves several of my feet issues for active walking exercise. My podiatrist recommended a rocker shoe that would prevent me big toe metatarsal from bending. Because of a few other issues, buying a shoe online was not an option for me. Initially, I asked the Sketchers store clerk if they had rockers. They do not carry pure “rockers” anymore, so he consulted Sam about other options. Sam had an incredible knowledge about their products and knew of a shoe that they don’t currently stock. Because of his in-depth product knowledge, he found a shoe with a comparable fit, then arranged for the perfect shoe to be shipped to my house. These shoes are amazing. Sam is also very pleasant and resourceful at finding solutions. I can’t thank Sam enough for his extra effort.”

“I have tried various different businesses in downtown Sacramento, Roseville and Folsom who failed to fit the criteria set by my VA doctor.
After explaining the problem with the various businesses in the region to my VA doctor, they recommend that I switch technicians. After the VA nurse called to set the referral, I explained that my VA doctor recommended a different technician because of the various locations being incompetent to make the orthopedic inserts.
So, the VA nurse recommended that I try this business. She sent the referral to this location and they called me soon after and was able to get fitted quickly.
I am super impressed and incredibly grateful for being referred to this location because it’s the very first time that a technician was able to make the inserts for my feet.
They really deserve five stars for being able to make the inserts correctly. I took off one star because of the lack of availability in dress shoes and colors. The lady at the counter was a too much in trying to get me to be happy with the shoes that I received, but it’s the inserts that are finally made for my feet. I can explain to people that the shoes are orthopedic shoes. But I’m no fan of New Balance shoes and will take the “N” off the sides of the shoes. I will try to find something to cover it.
Overall, I’m super very happy with Alex’s comfort shoes. Very qualified and talented.
The other businesses in Sacramento, Roseville, and Folsom basically have the “fake it until they can make it “ type of unqualified technicians.
