I have had nothing but positive experiences going here. The online appointment setting was very easy and the appointment check-in was equally easy. The staff is very friendly and excellent at their job both times I was in and out less than a half an hour. I never hope to get blood drawn, but if I have to it’s nice to be able to go to a place, that is able to do such a great job. Thank you, quest diagnostic.

Missed scheduled appointment because I was standing in line to check in. Explained the situation, but was told it was just too bad and that I would have to come another day. The person working there was not polite. No one else was in the waiting room and it sounded like the staff in the back was just hanging out talking, so it was even more frustrating. At this location they no longer have a person working the front desk, so the computer check in is apparently it. The person in front of me in line was elderly and foreign. I was trying to help them check in and there was no one at Quest available to help the poor fellow.
Frustrating experience. Waste of time and gas money.

The girl who drew my blood was very nice, friendly, and did a great job. My veins are difficult to draw from sometimes but she was an expert and only had to poke me once.

First of all let me tell you about my experience with Amber...
As someone who has had numerous blood draws over the years, I can confidently say that my recent experience was exceptional. The process was efficient, virtually painless, and conducted with the utmost professionalism.
Once called in, the phlebotomist Amber was incredibly skilled and reassuring. She explained each step of the process, ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout. The blood draw itself was swift and virtually pain-free, a testament to her expertise.
What truly stood out was the attention to detail and care taken to minimize discomfort. Amber utilized a gentle technique and ensured proper positioning to make the process as comfortable as possible.
After the blood draw, I was provided with clear instructions on aftercare and what to expect in the coming days. The entire experience was efficient, professional, and left me feeling confident in the quality of care provided.

Went to drop off a lab sample which my elderly mother was told since she can't go at the lab when her appointment was when they tell her to, she could bring it back and just drop it off and when I went to do that, that they could not take it. How ridiculous is that. I normally have no problems when I have gone to this location before, but not only does she have to go at the lab, but they also want an appointment to bring back her sample within the hour of when she goes?????
