I turned my detached garage into a livable space and needed a mini split to make the space comfortable. After getting a few estimates from other companies, I was dismayed at how they fluctuated "upwards", and was already accepting the fact I wouldn't be able to add something like that until later on. Charlie stopped by and explained aspects of the space and his recommendations in a way the others didn't. He was attentive, listened to my needs, and wasn't pushy at all, which is something I don't like about sales.Needless to say, I got an awesome reasonably priced system, and from the initial contact all the way to install I can say I am one satisfied customer. System is working great, and I can't wait to crank up the AC during the summer.
