Not what actually happens at one of the worst places in Sacramento to live. This place was built in 1973 according to county records and it has not been updated. You can actually hear your neighbors private conversations through the walls and that’s a fact.

Yeah if you want no hot water this is the place for you. I’ve lived here for 6 months and experienced all the luxury this place has to offer. That includes roaches, constant construction for things that don’t need it and the office that tells you to shower in the gym.Honest to god living here makes me want to scream... read full comment

I lived in this beautiful community for 4 years. Great office personal, great maintence and timely repairs. Very well maintained, I would highly recommend this complex. 5 stars⭐⭐⭐
