“I do not personally bank at the Bank of the Sierra, but my grandmother did. She recently moved in with her son (my uncle) in Orange County, and we wanted all assets moved closer to her new home in Orange County. My mother, her daughter-in-law, has POA over her, and me being a paralegal, we went up to deal with the bank. I went to deal with them in case they threw up every hurdle they could, but we got Stacey, and she was an absolute sweetheart. It took some time, but POAs are not part of her every day. She made transferring my grandmother's things so incredibly simple and was willing to help my mother every step of the way. It was as fast as she could have possibly made it, to the very point where we had time to go antique shopping in town and return to Bakersfield in time for dinner and shopping downtown! Thank you, not only to Stacey, but the entire branch for helping us in an already difficult time with my grandmother. It is so appreciated!”

“I opened my bank account here today. Quick and easy. The front desk lady was nice and helpful. My banker even told me some financial literacy, which is much needed for people my age.She was very nice too. I'm hoping they keep up the politeness and are willing to help me out regardless of what question I have”
