Well this is not the first time, and I'm sure it won't be the last..? it's 3:20pm and the lady that is supposed to have the business available for people to come in during business hours..... I need to pay my bill and now she will charge a late fee. Happens everytime.

My storage unit is in Eureka. I travel there by public transit, the staff is always friendly, and the site is clean. They take security seriously and I can phone my rent in with my card on file. I'm in a large space at a reasonable price. Those are my positive impressions after 2+ years. My unit is not climate controlled, but a few of those dollar store dehumidifiers lasts up to 3 months depending on the weather. I also had my unit included in my renter insurance along with my apartment.

I have had no problems with the staff or owners, everyone does their jobs well. The one thing I would like to see is a on line payment plan. Other than that, a great business.

I don't do storage. I travel light. But I was helping a friend out and paying his bill. The guy I spoke to was beyond polite. He was patient and helpful. I throwback to better times. I will go to that place if I ever victimize myself with conspicuous consumption. The 0rice was pretty reasonable BTW.

They have actually been a great storage facility for me and I love the fact that the guy working there is on top of it with people coming in and out he knows his customers and he don't let people break rules he's a stickler when it comes to how he runs his facility so if you can handle following the rules then its a great place to rent from he's strict but runs a great business in my opinion. And my storage is always dry I do have an upstairs unit but it seems to be dry and never damaged

If I could give zero stars I would!!! This place is so disrespectful and rude! After complaining several times about having a rat/mice problem in my unit, no extra action was ever taken to clear them out. Over half of my stuff has been damaged and needed to be thrown away. And if it wasn't the mice, it was water damage from the unit next to me (I'm assuming since it was coming from under the wall). Not even acknowledging what I warned them of each time. Now trying to cancel out my account as I no longer need it, and the manager always on duty is extremely rude to me on the phone. When I told him I couldn't make it in during their office hours due to my work schedule of 8-10+ hours a day, 6 days a week, he brings up seeing my truck several times during the office hours going in and out and that he knows I can come in. Basically calling me a liar. I let him know that it hasn't been me unless it's after 6 or so (office hours close at 4). He says he knows it's been me driving in, again calling me a liar. I shouldn't have to prove myself and my work hours to no one especially the manger of a storage facility. This is my first review ever. This guy was just so rude to me that I had to review it. I would never recommend this facility to anyone. At $140 a month, I would like to know my stuff would be safe but it wasn't and now the dumps has most of it.
