Love this mall. My favorite is Comics N Stuff. The fact that a store that big is in a mall in 2024 still blow my mind. I almost always stop by when I'm in town.

This week I had to come to the mall twice. I'm surprised that the main escalator as well as the elevator are still NOT working. Is the organization having financial issues and are not been able to fix the two important ways to get up and down? Also CPK as well as the ice cream store, are gone. More store are leaving this mall. The bad administration is careless, shameful.

Just lost my third job in a row at this mall because the owners cannot get their act together and work out lease agreements with any of the businesses here. They don’t care about our city or the fact that they are killing this mall with their lack of care and their incredibly tacky, out-of-date decorations they are putting everywhere like it’s 2007 (awful stock photo example attached below). So sad for Escondido.

Just when it looked like it was really dead for retail stores, this mall looks like it is getting several new stores for the holiday season. I go to walk and eat lunch. I like Pioneer Cuisine now. There is an issue with the upholstery on the food court chairs and benches.

Grew up going to this mall... NOT THE SAME... Just lost that wonderful charm it once had. Quit a few vacancies now, but you can see why. Sears, gone.... Bowling alley, gone.... Taco Bell, gone.... McDonald's, gone.... Management walking around ensuring everything looked great and shoppers were happy... GONE... You have a Christmas tree up with SANTA on Nov 10th!! ugggggghhh Yeah kids... He's here standing around next to a Spanish bongo player and NOT at the North Pole... Real smart management... The quality of shoppers has declined, the store options have declined and the tree with NO other decor or Christmas shopping music to set the mood was just an overall blah and bad experience... SAD.... Used to be sooooooooo good! Drive north to the Temecula Promenade for a WAY better experience....

It makes me so happy to see so many positive changes and community events that have been happening since North County Mall changed. Escondido is grateful and blessed for the evolution, and we can't wait for the next events happening this holiday season. Anime Fest was super cool, and we love Circus Vargas as well. The social media keeps us up to date. It's very obvious that lots of love and hard work is being put in from the team at North County Mall. Thank you 5 stars!!!

this mall, while having some vacancies, is just really nice. Several seating areas have been made, plus two free play areas for kids.Nice architecture throughout. Three sets of escalators, a glass elevator to the food court. The food court has about 10 different options. several individually designed seating areas to dine in, plus a semi private family area (can hold two or three families easily) in the back of the food court is also very inviting.I could probably just go on and on. So I'll end with a high recommendation to visit, and thank you to a tremendously thoughtful owner for how it's built and decorated!

This place is ok but it needs more stores. Love the train and so does my niece, so that's a plus. To be honest, I had forgotten this place was here until I looked for a cheesecake factory and this place popped up. I thought Google was lying but no. It's here.

Security workers here are the best. I have a back injure. When I was there it started to act up making it hard to walk. Two of the Security guy started to talk to me and offered to get me a wheelchair and take me to my car. I turned them down after talking a bit longer. But later I could walk no more my back gave out fully. Called the mall and Security sent one of the two I talked with before to get me to my car. I could hear on this radio the other guy I talked with telling their boss what happened. As the boss wanted to know if it was mall related. Nope just my old injury acting more then it has in 3 years.

It's one of my favorite malls because of Macy's, Cheesecake Factory, BJ's restaurant, and so much more! There is so much parking that you're bound to find a place so your brand new car won't receive the dreaded 'dings' since the end-of-the-row spaces are wider.

Showed up at 5pm on a Sunday and the place was closed. Main entrances by Target and Macy’s were locked with no listed information as to why. Waste of an errand trip and an hour of my time to get there and back home.Ever since new management took over it seems the place has slowly gone downhill. Not nearly as clean or well-maintained. Hopefully the someday arriving new stores will help.

Mall is well maintained. Lots of parking, it's three levels. However, like most suburban malls is starting to become a bit of a ghost town with lots of off brands and not a lot of stuff to attract you.

Their food court is amazing Boba, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean food places. The best Korean corn dog too, and at the same place had the best wings too. We got the garlic wings. Takes a bit longer than the other places in the food court but worth it.

Not as big as other malls in southern ca but it’s nice that you can always find parking and it’s never too crowded. Lululemon pop up, small old navy; small H and M, Red Robin, Cheesecake Factory, large super Target, Mac cosmetics, Apple Store, Black Angus and BJs
