Hi I am a minor and I have a parent guardian that has an account here. I didn’t have no debit card or credit I was 15 I would get paid like 300$ each check. I was new at checking in my checks and my mom would ask the employees if I had to pay a fee aka $7.50 cuz I was a minor. My mom asked that because usually she would check in my checks for me without me paying a fee (cuz I’m a minor) employee still made me pay fee btw. I continued Spending a lot on Paying fees. And no employees there told me that I didn’t have to pay a fee until I went to a different Wells Fargo. I’m 17 now and Still made that I didn’t have to pay a fee all this. Long because I was a minor and my parent guardian had an account with them! Sooo guys be careful because some employees don’t give u the right answers soooo do ur research first!!!

Worst customer service ever. Slowest place with employees who really could care less about the customers

Way understaffed for a weekday. Only one person as a teller and no one on platform side.

Went in this afternoon to open a business account and talked with ALEX DOMINGUEZ, he was friendly at first, told me I'd have to wait 4 days to be open the account ( not his fault ) but he was sarcastic and rude right before I left saying if I didn't want to schedule I could go and have a nice day with a smirk on his face. Someone needs to rethink the employee training at Wells Fargo, I do not appreciate that type of treatment. I'm taking my business to another bank, thank you Alex.

I like this branch. Sometimes a wait but overall usually the shortest of the branches. Teller Jose is amazing and never fails to make me feel comfortable, despite my social anxiety. Good for business!

Due to COVID-19, appointments are required to speak to a banker. I made the appointment, the manager called me to confirm. I explained my company had closed, and I need to find out where my 401K was transferred to. She told me to "call the number on the back of my ATM card"! She said I could come in, but she can only give me the one hour! She said basically she can't help me, and if we call from her desk they can't talk to me on her phone. Worst part? She kept telling me to talk to the plan administrator with my company! I repeated I NO LONGER have a company, we went out of business due to Covid. There IS NO plan administrator because there is NO company! This manager could have easily said, I'll look into it for our appointment tomorrow! But no! Call the number on back of my ATM card. She even offered to give me the number on the back of my card. 40 years as a client at Wells Fargo! That's the level of service. I went on website, found an actual number that handles this, and found my 401K. I'll obviously find a new bank, not that they care because obviously this manager knew I would have to change banks after this exchange! Note to Wells Fargo Manager at Felicia branch: try to help those that are suffering due to the pandemic! We may have lost our jobs, can't find our 401k and maybe just need a little support from our friendly helpful bankers!!

I have a terrible experience with the teller Ryan. I have to stand and wait for more then 30mins for Ryan to verify my check. I had to go find a seat to sit because my legs getting tired. I've been to this bank every other weeks to cash out my check and I have no problem at all until I was being help by Bank teller Ryan ask too much unnecessary questions. He ask me like you don't have a checking account with your bank? And amongst other questions. I feel like this guy is interrogating me as though I'm a criminal. I felt upset and uncomfortable with this guy Ryan. I'm not going to this place again!

Okay I guess I just don't get the lack of service that people provide nowadays I walked into this Wells Fargo to make a car payment the teller Lauren obviously very new I told her my ID was expired 3 days prior she had to get approval from Teresa . Teresa unfortunately could not approve the expired ID to be used for the car payment or the cash advance to pay the car whatever they call it, fine I understand policy not a big deal I went out to the ATM get the money walk back inside now it's a problem making the payment because my ID expired 3 days ago all right what I don't get is how am I supposed to make a payment on time without an ID that's valid yes I procrastinated yes I failed to go to the DMV because I hate the DMV yes I went online I tried to renew with the portals down so I tried it didn't happen so now wtf I can't believe I got so frustrated but I guess Teresa realized my frustration and allowed them to accept my money after all of that well thank you Teresa for not giving me any good service but allowing them to take my payment for the car that I finance with you guys which I plan to be off as soon as possible so I never have to step foot in your bank again

Wells Fargo is the worst bank EVER! I have a business account with them and today, for the 4th time, I discovered fraud on my account with several thousand dollars having been removed. Wells Fargo refuses to issue a provisional credit and I can't get any answers about whether they are going to bounce the outstanding checks on the account. I am moving my accounts away from Wells. Stay away from their payroll services as well. When I had their payroll they didn't pay our business payroll taxes and I ended up with state liens on our account.

Horrible service, I'm ready to close the remaining accounts that I unfortunately still have with them. For Wellsfargo to appoint such a horrible manager I feel there decision making is very poor so I will be selling all my Wellsfargo stock in the morning as well.
