Went here around 11:30 am today, old lady with the brown hair at the Starbucks refused to ring me up for a Poki sushi bowl that I wanted to buy, and wanted to prioritize her friend that was behind me who wanted Starbucks, even though I was there first and waited a good 30 seconds for her to finish up whatever she was doing before she got to the register. I used to work at a Starbucks in Albertsons, which is literally the same store owned by the same people as Vons, so I got the exact same training as them and I know you can ring people up for non-Starbucks items as long as it’s a couple things or less. I wonder how many other people she refused to serve in the past.

My Favorite Starbucks is in this Vons! They have the best baristas, make great drinks and super friendly! As for the rest of the store, I like the organic lamb they carry here. They also have really great sales on meat, you should definitely utilize the Vons App and save the coupons on there because it saves you tons more than just the sale prices. One thing about the store is the checkout lines are long and slow, so I always do self check. My biggest complaint about the store is that it's always FRIGIDLY cold in the store! If management reads these, turn down thar air!!

Great place to shop. Only one lane was open at 8 am on Friday, November 24...a day after Thanksgiving. An employee saw two of us in line and she immediately opened another lane..no waiting at all. Cashier was friendly!Plenty of parking; store is located on El Norte Parkway, next to the Freeway exit!

This Vons, just like all other Vons/Albertsons in the area, is clueless when it comes to staffing. Two registers open the day before Thanksgiving? Really?! Looooong lines at the registers, long line at self checkout (which I hope they never remove, like they’ve done at other locations), and repeated calls for all cashiers to come to the front, which I’m pretty sure is just to try to appease upset customers because NOBODY showed up, and that announcement was made over and over the whole time I was in the store. Plus, multiple people going through self checkout with carts full of groceries, trying to figure out how to use self checkout, and the person watching over that area just sat there doing nothing the entire time.I’m only giving the store 3 stars because I can usually be in and out in less than 10 minutes (if I use self checkout, otherwise double that). Lately, though, I’ve had to dig through items on the shelf to find what I want because the varieties of things get jumbled, or in some cases the one I want won’t be stocked for weeks at a time. I generally like to do my grocery shopping during my lunch break, but sometimes they are restocking the shelves in the middle of the day and there are pallets and all sorts of stuff blocking the isles. Why no restock in the middle of the night when little to no customers are around?

Really enjoy shopping here but today I found a piece of plastic in my pasta salad.And I should also add that a month or so ago I wanted to purchase a Kinder Bueno at the checkout but it seemed that the whole box was already expired so don't forget to check the expiration dates.

A great grocery store with a wide selection of items and a reasonable price. Inside they also have a California Lottery Machine, Starbucks, and Wells Fargo ATM.

This is my local go to grocery store. Theyre open until 11pm and have most everything your looking for at good pricing. The deli dept is excellent, staff is friendly and their product is fresh and high quality, Along with everything else in the store. Come here for grocery needs and you will be satisfied.

I have been getting my flower arrangements from this Vons since 2010 it seems like. I love how they take the flowers I pick and make an awesome arrangement from them. They really went out of their way this Valentine’s Day! Thank you to the whole florist grew that made it happen. I’m one happy customer…it’s been ten days and they are still beautiful…
