I can't say enough great things about everyone there! My Dog Monty got pancreatitis & diabetes & I was completely overwhelmed, Dr. Stewart was amazing & called everyday for a week to see how we were adjusting & I'd had to call the office twice & gone in twice with questions. With many Veterinary Clinics being Chain Doc in a Box "Businesses" I'm glad I found a traditional family practice with them. Thank You All.

The staff here is very prompt and professional. I felt comfortable asking questions about cost and they did not pressure me to agree to the recommended higher cost of treatments.

I've been taking all of my dogs to village vet for almost 15 years. Fair pricing, knowledgeable vets. Only issue I have had was one of the vets fat shamed us because our girl is overweight. She came across so judgemental and rude. I prefer the other vets now. I will continue going to Village Vet as the techs are fabulous and the vets do care about my dogs. Dr Alex is my favorite most trusted vet (along with his wife who has retired). He takes the time to explain and answer any and all concerns. Dr Cat is New and I have high hopes with her to turn out to be great! Thank you for always providing excellent care to my doggies. Diane is awesome, love her! Btw, Diane doesn't smoke so pay no attention to the review that claims otherwise. Nor would she smoke inside her workplace!! I highly recommend Village Vet to anyone and everyone

As a first time pet owner finding the proper care for our cat was intimidating. Bambi our cat started behaving abnormally and I was highly concerned. Sarah answered the phone heard the worry in my voice and was able to schedule Bambi on the same day. VVH truly cares about what they do and are knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Thank you VVH Team!

I was able to get my dog vaccinated and get his physical almost at the end of the day. they were super helpful and nice to squeeze us for an appointment and we even got a discount for being new costumers. The doctor and all the personal were awesome. I think we will be switching to this Veterinary.

Called the place at 3:30. They took me in at 4, very clean, friendly staff. I thought the exam was reasonably priced. The doctor gave us options on medication, and treatment we could buy. She did not push us to buy anything, which is appreciated, she gave us different options that were affordable for us. I definitely will be referring to my friends and family.

We have taken our Dogs Milo and Aida there for a couple years now, they are all so great with the pups. Always very friendly take care of them like they are their own! Can't say enough about how they treat us along with our pups.Very reasonable when it comes to prices as well, never try to up sell us on anything that we don't need.Will always continue to go there!

Been going here for over 3 years, first for my cat and then for my 100lb dog. The staff have always been friendly and knowledgeable, and prices are very reasonable. I recently had to put my dog down, and the techs and vet were extremely kind and empathetic. I can't thank them enough for how well they treated us

If I could give this people a lower scored, I would the best way to describe this people is as thieves. They misdiagnosed my dog, charge me for it and then try to charge me to examine him again after I’ve already paid for it!! the medication they prescribe my dog made my dog worse and they wanted me to pay for the medication to fix the damage. They caused with the medication they initially prescribed. . Do they yourself and your dog a favor don’t visit this place they will rip you off and make your dog sick.

I missed my first appointment with my dog today because of a family/medical emergency and apologized for the mishap but was told 17 minutes after my appointment time that my prepaid $65 could not be used as a credit towards a rescheduled appointment. I know there are a lot of fickle people who become no shows for less urgent reasons but I think this policy is too strict for first time patients and clients especially when a family emergency is the cause of an unintended oversight.
