Amazing service! Especially from Leo and Paul and would use their service again in a heartbeat! They were great advocates for us when things didn’t go as planed with DHL and worked hard to give us the best deal possible. My stuff was shipped quickly and everything arrived in perfect condition

Accessibility: They have a small parking lot in the back of their building that is better than the street parking in front (on a busy road). There are wheelchair accessible parking spots in the back parking lot (behind the Massage place next door). The parking lot in back is all flat ground, with a single pull door for entry.
Experience: they have good air conditioning inside; perfect for this summer heat. I came to do my fingerprint/livescan for a new job. It was fast and easy, no lines or waits. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I also bought a small bottle of hand sanitizer here for $1.07.

Went for Notary service. The person who helped was was very kind, nice and efficient. I was in-and-out in 5-minutes. Strongly recommend them.

Came in to get my LiveScan done a while back.I was confused since the board that was asking for it was vague. Leo though, he knew *exactly* what to do. Very personable and efficient. Definitely recommend.

Having personal/professional experience in the shipping world I am always a bit more particular about my shipping store. I had not been to this location but as of yesterday I can definitely say it will be my go to! The store is open and tidy unlike most other private Postal stores...it was nice not to feel overwhelmed and boxed in while getting my shipments put together and ready to ship(see what I did there). I was pleasantly surprised by the young man, Leo, who assisted me in my shipping endeavors. He was knowledgeable, sincere and clearly very customer satisfaction oriented.Many times I have gone to ship something and the private shipping store will load up my 4x4 item in a 10x10x10 and happily send me on my way. Not Leo, he suggested a plethora of options to ship my items out, including offering the most cost effective method. He immediately gained my trust with his honesty and genuine desire to leave me satisfied with my shipping choices. Ultimately, I went with a middle of the road option as to provide a little more safety for my items during shipment.Overall, Leo made my experience super easy. I can't express enough how much I appreciate his honesty and his vast expanse of shipping knowledge. To top it off, he was reassuring and informative when I called the next day to inquire about tracking via USPS.Thanks for making it such a simple and positive experience Leo! I'll definitely be back.

Please never go to this place. They actually doubled what USPS would charge me for a Priority Express package. The postage on this would have been $26.95 for a flat rate envelope if mailed at USPS. This ripoff joint charged a total of $51.46! I could understand a small upcharge for their services, but DOUBLING my cost is absurd.

We were greeted as soon as we entered. Both employees were super nice! We met an Attorney here to use their Notary Services. They DO accept the 20% off Yelp Check-in ! Tyler is SO nice and helpful !! I didn't get the Cashier's name, but he was helpful, funny and friendly as well. The Attorney highly recommended That Place That Ships, due to their customer service and lower Notary pricing. We recommended !

Good response, reliable & value.... Aren't even close to the incredible descriptors of this place!!!! Been a customer here since 2012... Struggled with Trumatic Brain Injury, or this review would've been done years ago!!!! After my injury my feet develop severe neuropathy I could not stand in one place for up to 10 minutes!!! The uncaring faceless mindless postal workers that would never help me even with my handicap pass and wheelchair, do any head of the line privileges including my local fellow citizens here in Escondido, Never assisted me in ahead of line privileges for the wheelchair to crutches to be the most knocked over to having package is dropped to have a no one help or assist me get my packages from the counter up to the front it became impossible my life FELT IMPOSSIBLE!! And the US post office was just one more glaring picture that my life was IVERWHELM

Leo is fantastic an asset to your team. I sent a 17K cashier check to a seller in SF for next day deliver and after doing more research over night I found out I was buying a lemon. Leo was able to put an intercept on my package the next day with 10 minutes to spare before delivery and save me on buying a lemon.
