Watch out if you are using a credit card at this location. We haven't shopped here in months but yet I found a pending transaction posted to our credit card today. The transaction was posted before the store opened so that tells me it was an employee fishing our credit card. Stay away from this place.

The ladies are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I was able to dye my hair in a matter of two days from black box dye to a Radiant Orchid while maintaining my hairs health. No gummy ends or fallout!!! Hair feels soft and looks vibrant!!! Keep up the great work ladies!!

don't recommend I used to work here actually quit few days ago. management was a pain towards my first time working for Sally's. priority seemed to be sales and preventing theft, it's not like you expect on the other side of the counter. the downside of my experience was my manager julie dix I went to my hr and the corporate manager to display issues while working there and no help or no one cared . Customers with no proper background of hair products are more likely to spend $$$ and selling over priced product, then to save and get an option to discount without getting a credit card. Here at Sally's noones a trained professional we get paid to know nothing basically so I got another job and I'm happy here theres more details and an update coming soon!!

Been going to Sally's since old location but few days ago went into store and clerk named JAYLA was a breath of fresh air to that store. Very sweet & great customer service from her. Turnover big there but Mgmt needs to keep this sales person happy so she stays because she makes that store a 5 star. ?

To the girl with highlights, harsh brows & cakey makeup who works on sundays- if you're going to be miserable & not do your job then find another one. I asked this girl for help & she was rude & not approachable. when i caught them whispering(probably talking s**** the guy gave me a fake a** smile, hinting to her coworker that i'm walking up so stop talking. Find your passion baby girl & stop working here if you hate it that much.

This Sally Beauty is amazing and super organized I will definitely will be coming back here to shop. There were two great employees, a guy with blonde hair and a girl with brown red hair they knew what they were talking about. Super knowledgeable and helpful!

The people working there didn't help me nor greeted me when I entered. They were just chatting and gossiping about other workers and management. It was 2 girls and one guy.

Made an order in store for in store pick up because the online price was cheaper than the in store price. I was really not happy that the attendant (who had no one else to attend to) did not start my order right away - said she would have to wait for the order to come in- about 30 min she said. On top of that, after I came back in 1.5 hr, she said that my order had been cancelled as they didn’t have what I wanted in store… no one even contacted me of this despite me getting text messages that they had received my online order!! why wouldn’t the online store know that the Escondido store didn’t have the item in stock as it had already discluded the Oceanside store as they said the product was not available?? And, on top of that, why wouldn’t they just keep the order and let me know when the item came in instead of just plain cancelling it?? So, instead of getting what I wanted to get and try out for the first time, I was quite upset and frustrated. I decided that I wouldn’t even bother purchasing the item from Sally’s. Thus, due to poor online manamgent as well as communication, I as a relatively new customer will probably not be a future customer of Sally’s.
