I have been shopping here for YEARS (probably a decade now). I love their fresh produce, and they always have excellent customer service. The one thing that really stands out to me is their Pick Up program/employees. Being able to have my groceries ready for pick up made such a difference when I was pregnant and every interaction that I have ever had with the employees has been so professional, accommodating, and kind. Jacobo is my normal helper and he always goes above and beyond to ensure my order is perfect. But honestly, all the other employees have also been extremely helpful and obliging. Love this Ralph’s and love their staff!

I didn't really like the layout. It felt like the isles were too close together. There was no room to move around. But they did have a sushi section that looked pretty good.

Very clean, organized with great customer service and a peaceful atmosphere. They always have stocked shelf's so you will always be able to find what you are looking for .

Good friendly service. Produce and seafood departments have improved significantly. ? Occasionally there isn't anyone to bag large amounts of groceries but this too has improved.

This person shouldn't be working with the public, she is rude, ignorant, unprofessional, vocabulary of a child, and slurs her words. She refused to sell me a book of stamps and pastries from the bakery! Also, Im totally baffled of how the MANAGER got his position?? he also has TERRIBLE MANNERISMS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!(His parents probably knew someone in high places).He is just as IGNORANT as she is. I feel bad for the kid who served this afternoon, He felt terrible for me, as the manager made him undo my transaction and you could tell he was fairly new.

I love this store and the staff. The closing staff are still kind and friendly at 1 Am when the store closes. The store is always clean and has a great selection of products. The produce department is small and a bit pricey. The deli meat department is wonderful. The young men are respectful and prompt and listen to your request how thin or thick I want my meat sliced. Some prices are high, on some items and lower on others. I finally figured out how to use the phone app. and the digital coupons to download. Takes a little effort, but worth the time for saving money and getting gas points, etc. Happy New Year to all.

I am really disgusted with the way their self checkout works, I felt like I was being accused of intentionally trying to steal a bottle of caramel topping for ice cream.I know I heard it beep but then another screen comes up and says only 1 item scanned and true there were 2 on the table, but I could not see which item did not scan it kept saying wait for assistance only 1 item scanned while everyone looking at me, the employee swipes her card and it is playing back video of me placing item on check out table like "we got you, your busted" she finally clears it and both are scanned then only one item is payed by my card so I try another card and before I can enter pin machine is saying wait for assistance making me feel like a thief even more again, she clears the sale and I paid cash think I won't go there again, IM NOT A THIEF.5HANK YOU RALPHS AND SO LONG.

At about 10:45pm on Jan 1st I tried to go use the restrooms. My car is dead in the parking lot and I have to go really bad. The manager told me the bathrooms close at 9pm every night, I tried to tell her my car is dead and I really needed to pee. She would not let me. It really doesn’t kill you to use some compassion, you never know what someone is going through. I shouldn’t have to pee in your parking lot because you can’t have enough kindness to let me go pee!

Love all the merchandise selections in this store. Personnel are cheerful and helpful. I wish I loved closer to it but I will go out of my way to shop here.

I love this supermarket! We don't have them on the East Coast as far as I know, but when I am out west, I love coming here to shop.
