Tony the owner of Palomar Jewelers is the best. My family and I have been customers for a long time, I don't go anywhere else for my jewelry needs. Tony always takes care of us from cleaning my wife's rings and helping me with picking out something new for my wife. Prices are great customer service is second to none, Tony not only a top notch jewelry he's a wonderful person. Check out Palomar Jewelers you won't be disappointed.

Tony is the best in the industry! It started with our wedding rings over 15 years ago and we have gone to Tony for all of our jewelry ever since. He is very knowledgeable about all types of jewelry and very reasonable when it comes to pricing. Anytime I have had an issue or needed my jewelry cleaned, he is right on it and my jewelry comes back beautiful and sparkling. Highly recommend him to anyone who needs an outstanding family jeweler.

The absolute best service in town! Went to go upgrade my wife's ring and he was fare and did an excellent job. If you want quality, go to Palomar Jewelers and you WILL NOT be disappointed! Highly recommended! Thank you Tony!

I found Tony/Palomar Jewelers when I first moved to Escondido 6 years ago. I was amazed at his beautiful and unique designs at incredibly fair prices. The bonus is that Tony is very knowledgeable, helpful and an overall great human. I send everyone to Palomar and he has gained me as a lifelong customer!

Review based off customer service. If your looking for a rude demeanor give them a call. Seemed like he had no time to listen to the customer's problem. Quick to say "bring it in" and hang up the phone.

I took my wife's wedding ring here to get resized. He quickly asked me what the stone was - a diamond I said. He pulled out his measuring device and it read Moissanite. He didn't clean it, or inspect it any other way. I was devastated. I visited 3 other jewelers and they all confirmed it was a diamond. I think this was either him trying to con me so he could switch the diamond or negligence in his ability to rate the stone. I'm happy I didn't let him keep my jewel.

Too pricey for jewelry repair. $35 to fix a link in a necklace was silly. I won't be back.

Tony has always been over the top helpful to me. Most recently, I brought him my father’s watch to repair. He went above and beyond to repair the watch and was able to get it back to me before Christmas! If you need help with a piece that is special to you, Tony is your man. I trust him completely.

Tony was educational about rings but however was rude and short with me when asking about rings for my sister. Unfortunately he made me feel unwanted in the space. Since this was her first time looking at rings she had no idea what she wanted. She had brought us with her for our opinions otherwise she wouldn’t have gone or tried anything on. He was friendly and nice to my other two sisters and they also saw how uncomfortable he had made only me in the store.
