This is the pharmacy I use for my medicinal needs. I have followed the Pharmacist Aaron and have known him for over 10 years. The staff here is super. The always go out of their way to help you and make things as easy as possible. Liz is very helpful. I thank the whole team. It is hard to find a good pharmacy. I strongly suggest you check this one out. Again, thanks to the whole team. Keep up the outstanding service.

This pharmacy has great delivery service but needs to improve customer service at actual pharmacy. The clerks seem to like to argue with old patients and also they don't believe in customer service. I have complained twice and I have not seen an improvement. I worked in pharmacy for 30 plus years and customer service should be their number one goal.

Mercy Care is the best pharmacy I've ever known! I've been going here for 10yrs. They fill my prescriptions with no hassle and they answer their phone right away and hardly ever a line to wait in. They are very friendly and Liz is great! Also they deliver.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 6 years and started when I was a patient in the same building. These guys are one of the best non-chain pharmacies that are in town because they always have had Class 2 medications I've needed every time I visit and no hassle as long as I fill the meds when they are due. Unlike Other pharmacies in town such as Walgreens who would refuse to fill these medications for 24 hours until they did a background check, they care more about their patients and treat them with respect, dignity, trust, and courtesy because they know that the large majority of people need and use these medications due they chronic health problems, as we are the 99%. It's a shame that we have a president in the White House that wants to ban the medications all for the lowly 1% of people that non-legitimately use these drugs recreationally, because it hurts the rest of us as medical consumers and patients trying to live normal lives. That being said, I do not advocate or condone illegal drug abuse and all, but now since 420 is legal, I hope in the future they might explore this enterprise if the City of Escondido ever starts allowing 420 sales as the city can make more money as a mutual benefit from the tax revenue they collect. Only time will tell though, so if I were you, I would start transferring your Rx's here as you'll be served in 15 minutes from drop-off to walking out with your meds during an average crowd day. They also deliver medications directly from door-to-door free of charge in the city and other parts of north county. They also have an app we can use easily so we can refill online anytime it's due or setup auto refills. If I had to say something bad about this place, it would be that although their hours are limited to Mon-Fri, it's not unreasonable at all for them and they still deliver past store hours. I hope they get more people and can expand their hours, that would be so awesome :) If they get enough new people coming in with Rx's from other store chains, it definitely will have a non-zero chance of happening. This review has two purposes: 1: to show how ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL this pharmacy is, and 2: to refute the absolutely ridiculous, RACIST slander that another customer posted here. Be prepared, this is going to be a LOOOOONG review! First off, this pharmacy has been a literal GODSEND for my family and friends!!! I have chronic pain issues and I take strong medication regularly, prescribed by an absolutely wonderful, caring, compassionate doctor which I reviewed earlier. Unfortunately, finding an understanding, brave doctor that will treat my condition is only HALF THE BATTLE, as many other chronic pain sufferers know. The other half is finding a compassionate pharmacy that won't treat you like a nasty junkie looking for a fix, not to mention actually honoring the doctors prescribed choices as opposed to playing GOD and refusing to fill them. MERCY CARE PHARMACY has been nothing but wonderful in my journey to find peace!!!! I have been through quite a few pharmacies, so I know what I'm talking about. Those that work there, the pharmacist (his name escapes me), Liz, David, they are all ANGELS. Not once have they ever treated me poorly! Not only do they BEND OVER BACKWARDS to help, they are LIGHTNING FAST at filling my prescriptions, they ALWAYS give me the best prices (I pay out of pocket for my pain meds since insurance won't cover them), they have never tried to gouge me (unlike many other pharmacies have, including the big ones) and every time I go in they ask about my children by name and compliment me on how I look. Every time I go in there I walk away with a smile!!! Not only do I give all my business to them, but I have also brought my best friend in, which she has also converted all her prescriptions there, and EVERY CHANCE I GET I am sending people there whenever I hear about how horribly they were treated elsewhere. MERCY CARE PHARMACY ROCKS!!! Next, I HAVE to address the filth that another customer posted. Lady, you have no business posting your RACIST comments on here! Calling Liz "A GHETTO LATINA" is CHILDISH and immature, uninformed, and absolutely uncalled for!!!! I am sorry you had a negative experience, but to post such horrible comments as you did really shows how ignorant you are, at least in regards to this pharmacy. If you are going to post negative reviews, please at least refrain from such nasty language and try to be a little more objective. It's really hard to take a reviewer seriously when they are SO juvenile!!!

I am a senior citizen who has been a customer with mercy care for years now. I am pleased to say that I am very impressed with the staff, friendliness, and excellent customer service. I was referred by a family member and have stayed with this pharmacy ever since. This pharmacy will order what you request to best suit your health care needs (to avoid extra side effects) and deliver your medications to your door for free. In addition, they offer the best rates in town for all you uninsured patients out there. I would like to send a special thank you to Sam and Liz for always going above and beyond the call of duty.
