Arrived and there was not many people waiting 3 or 4 at the most. Arrived at 9:08 was taken back to a room at 10:00. 10:23 later still waiting for someone to even talk to me much less take my labs...under staffed and very rude staff. Front desk was left alone several times. As someone who works in Healthcare that is a no no! Never supposed to be left alone at all. Definitely not coming back here. Staff finally came 30 min later and because I stated that the wait was lo g she didn't want to do my labs. Called a supervisor instead. Made me wait additional time and overheard staff speaking unproffesional about me. How unproffesional is that??supervisor was kind and helpful. Appreciated her.

Love this location. Wish they would keep it open. Always seems to be “ temporarily closed”.

First time today at this location. It was inside a nice medical building, plenty of parking available. Mine is a walk-in which took about 30-45 minutes. The service was excellent. Leslie was very professional on all levels, even though she was busy... and that's what's important, just keeping a great attitude. I appreciate her! She went over the blood tests a couple of times which was good, and she also made sure she had me check that the labeling was correct, which was excellent. Like i said, very professional..

Did a walk-in on a Monday at 8:15 am and was finished at 8:25. They were friendly, professional and helpful.

So much for an appointment there super slow here and they do walk ins when they said over website they don’t? Waited almost 30 minutes and worst place ever bc they don’t take their job seriously

Since they closed on the Escondido office by the hospital the lines have gotten crazy.

Showed up for my appointment to find a sign on the door saying it was closed. Why are you taking appointments if you aren't even open? Super frustrating!

Most efficient labcorp I have been to. Was in and out very quickly . They assisted people with kiosk to check in which I have seen patients struggle with in other locations. Excellent phlebotomist, well trained, friendly staff.

Excellent experience and excellent customer service. I did NOT have an appointment. Walked in at 8:45 and was done in 5 minutes. Very friendly staff.
