When I came into kings pawn I met Jose the manager. He has the best customer service and took great care of me. They have great prices and all around good people. He helped me with everything I needed. I recommend Jose and kings 100%. I’m always happy to come in and see him. Great team all around.

Absolutely the best pawn shop in town. Super friendly took care of me right away and gave me the best price in town. Danny was very knowledgeable and knew what my item was worth. Great rates and got cash money on the spot. Definitely recommend.

This place is absolutely awesome! Customer service was above and beyond and Jose the manager did everything he could to help me give my daughter a birthday this weekend! Don’t look anywhere else this place has it all and will do more than any other shop I’ve ever been to. Five stars all day every day, Kings Pawn 4 Life!!!

I’ve been coming to this place for several years now for both loans and to purchase items. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Jose in particular is always a pleasure to work with. They have fair prices and are always willing to make a deal work. Love this place!

Jose and his team are beyond incredible! I’ve been coming here for the last 2-3 years for the great deals and wonderful customer service! I think pawn shops have a bad stigma, and I’m thankful to buy and sell a lot of my items for great offers on both sides of the coin(selling or buying)

This place is seriously the best! My parents had been going here for years since I was a kid I have lots of memories of not only pawning items but also of purchasing items. Their customer service is basically like family. They have been more than understanding about my current situation, having lots my mom and the only belongings I have left are with kings pawn. And after finding myself and my kids homeless they have been a blessing to work with my late pawn. Seriously if you are looking for a family like environment that cares this is the place! How this place has 5 stars is truly concerning. I went in to sell a brand new 10th Gen iPad that is unopened, never used in any way, brand new off the shelf. Apple sells this today for $487 including tax. I was offered $130 which is just such a lowball offer. I can see $250 at the very lowest but in reality it's not hard to sell on eBay for almost the full price, I just needed the money sooner. This pawn shop doesn't seem to have it's priorities straight and half of the shop is filled with power tools that are overpriced and used. Who is going to buy these? Probably no one. You can easily find this sort of thing at the Goodwill or even Home Depot for less in some cases. I was told they couldn't even do a trade in for my item. Avoid this lousy pawn shop at all costs.

Saw an ad for a camera lens and called to make sure it was in stock as suggested. They said yes and even offered to hold the item for me. Made the drive out the next day only to be told the item sold a few days ago on eBay. They showed me a different lens but it was starting to feel like a bait and switch at that point. If it was an honest mistake, then either the staff needs some training or the inventory system needs an update. They were however friendly as advertised.

Came to today to get a loan on jewelry that’s worth over $4000. The gentleman there was trying to give me a loan for $250 max. Complete rip-off. Stay away.

Very overpriced. Especially tools. I saw a circular saw there and the same one was going for brand new for $20 less at the hardware store! Make sure you google anything you are about to buy there! Also, no one even asked if I needed anything. Three people behind the counter twiddling thumbs. Store empty. If I needed help I would ask anyways but just shows you the type of place this is.
