I love this Kay’s location! My husband had purchased my wedding ring from here and had a wonderful experience with their associates! I couldn’t fully decide on one style so he ended up having Kay’s make a custom ring for me and it was absolutely perfect! I have to come back to get my ring inspected every couple of months for our warranty and they always clean it up nicely so that it’s shiny & new again! Definitely come here for your wedding rings or any jewelry! They will take great care of you and even custom make something for you if you don’t find one exactly to your liking!

I had the best customer experience with Michael. He was able to help me with a present for my girlfriend. He ordered the item & called me as soon as it arrived & kept me in the loop the entire time & made this experience very good. Michael called when my item arrived & took care of everything. I will be a returning customer due to Michael’s excellent customer service.

My husband and I purchased matching wedding rings in 2014 from Kay. On 9/3/2023, I brought my ring in to have it inspected, re-sized and cleaned. On 9/24/2023, Michael from the Escondido store called to tell me it was stolen. He said they would do all they cold to replace it. He offered me rings that were lesser quality but said he would keep looking for a suitable replacement.On my own, I found the same ring available at one of their affiliate stores, Zales. I spoke to Michael and his manager Brandon to let them know. They said they would try to get that ring for me. They contacted their corporate office and they refused to obtain that ring from the affiliate.I was later told by a new manager Abbie that they had found the same ring at one of their outlet stores and they were going to order it. That was weeks ago. When I called today to check up on it, Abbie said she didn't know when or if it was ordered. When I asked for her supervisor's information she refused to give it to me and then hung up on me.So here I am nearly 2 months since I took my ring in for a simple re-size and Kay still won't make it right. To make things worse, they can't even communicate properly.

Amazing Abbie!!! Not only is her personality phenomenal but customer skills are out of this world! She was so extremely patient while me and my wife shopped for our wedding set rings!! I tried on about half the store and she was so patient while I tried and retried my favorite three sets. We would speak an idea out and she would be gone for a second and come back with a plan to make our ideas come true. After two long hours we finally decided on our perfect sets and she became part of the experience. I am so thankful for her reassurance that us trying on as many rings was ok because it led us to picking the perfect ring sets. Thank you Abbie!!! We appreciate it!!!

No!!!!! This Kay jewelry lost my rings and now they are hiding! Do not trust the shop at all! They did not even notified me. They do not give you the correct information for customer service, Now I am stuck filling a BBB complaint and hiring an attorney to deal with this stressful situation.

Brandon and the entire team at kay Jewelers in the escondido mall are amazing. They go way above and beyond for their customers and I have always had a good experience every time I have visited. This last year I had to replace my wedding band as it was wearing down beyond repair. Brandon helped me and guided me thru this process very well. He explained what was going on every step and put up with my million questions and concerns and never treated me any different. There were multiple issues that were out of their hands and they stood by my side and helped me get thru them all and still find a replacement that not only is representative of the original but also has further personal meaning. I would recommend anybody looking for jewelry to stop at the kay location in the escondido mall from any level of need. They have an infinite selection of jewelry styles and will help you find anything you need. I don't just say this as a one time shopper. I have been shopping with them specifically for 16 plus years and have always had a good experience and feel like family. Thru all the years and managers, still an amazing place to shop. Shout out to the whole team, you guys and awesome!!!!

Been coming to this location for a few years. Never really had any major problems until recently. I bought a ring a couple of years ago, purchased the warranty on it as well. Ever since, I have brought it in multiple times for cleaning and fixing, and have always been pleased with the service until today. A lady who I have never seen before named Abby offered to help me. After doing a five minute evaluation of the ring she confirmed that it needs a new stone. She told me it would be $40 for the repair. I explained in the most sincere way that I was not aware of this since I've brought it in the past and they've always fixed it without a charge. She just said it's company policy and procedure. I asked to speak to the supervisor since he's helped me in the past and she just gave me a cold look and said she's the supervisor. I don't appreciate employees who lie. You should be helpful to your loyal customers, don't give them attitude and if they need help, help them! That's how you keep them coming back. Will never go to this store ever again, such a shame.
