It started off by a nice trip to the beach and when we were almost home my car completely turned off and only one person was willing to help in San Marcos, ca. I wouldn't have worried but I had my daughter and my wife with me. So we managed to push the car to a safe place and I called AAA for a tow. They sent Johnathan's Towing in Escondido needless to say "Carlon" the tow driver was professional and very helpful. I'm just want to acknowledge that he helped us and ensured we were safe. I'm grateful this towing service has caring people. This happen on 8/18/2024 in San Marcos.

Made me wait an hour with AAA. Arrived went out of their way to find a way it wasn't covered under AAA. Then tried to charge my $140.00 to go 2 miles. Scam company.

Wanted to extend my thanks to Kusay the Truck Operator. I got locked out of my vehicle and he responded quickly, arrived sooner than expected, was professional and efficient and overall was extremely pleasant to deal with.
Overall, 5+ stars! Cheers!

i’ve had to use roadside assistance a couple of times and from those times dwayne has gone above and beyond in helping tow my car and ivan helped change my battery super quickly. definitely recommend

Kusay was very helpful and even showed up early to my appointment to tow my vehicle to the mechanic shop! He was very polite and used every care helping to bring my care safe to the shop. Thank you!

Driver cracked my windshield - when I got on the side of him he told me he didn’t - I called the company and a rude girl answered and said she was “bee” when I asked her last name she said she did not have one and doesn’t need to provide me w her last name.. I told her lose her attitude that’s when she started cussing @ me and we got into it. Must be family owned to allow such trash to work for them- no professionalism at all, who tf cusses at the customers and think that’s just ok ? I was hoping to get a hold of someone with class and professionalism to help me as I was requesting insurance info because this is absolutely not fair! I am going to call back Monday in hopes to get a hold of someone who may care and can help me out .. will update later . Took place on El Norte parkway and fig @11(ish) am.
