Jim made the whole loan process from initial contact to funding and close of escrow so easy. He was quick to answer my queries, thoroughly explained everything, and helped us work through some very odd and sticky circumstances. His whole team was prompt, professional, and very easy to work with - dealing with us living overseas and being 9 times zone apart, they always gave us great assurances every step of the way. I cannot recommend Jim and his whole team enough!

We had specific challenge with closing in time and he hussled and got it do e super fast. Did not have to wait the 30 day escrow . Record time.
