“Always thought it was a pain to have to go into the internet provider store and deal with whatever issue you had but I honestly would much rather do that than deal with the phone support now that is typically overseas. This office is really nice great air conditioner and there's plenty of staff on to 10 to you right away and they have the power to fix your problem. Little inconvenient to have to go in but at least there's a location I can go to that I know I can get stuff done rather than hours of endless back and forth on a phone with a person that can't do anything.”
