The staff were so amazing, kind, and helpful!! The girls not only picked out a lot of good options for me to try on, but they helped me find stuff that I would not typically look at and ended up absolutely loving it. They helped me find this brown dress to match my pair of boots that I brought and they did an amazing job!

I like this boutique the best. Taylor was very sweet and friendly. The store had actually closed while we were still shopping but Taylor was very accommodating and never rushed us. So many of my clothes are from this store. Absolutely love it and all the workers. Thank you Taylor for the great customer service.

Francesca's Collections is a cute very little women's style store that has cute shabby chic designed clothing and trinkets. There's not a big selection or any sort of product quantity but, if your looking for shabby chic it's a perfect place to find something new.

Came looking for a dress and accessories, the cashier was very unprofessional. Looked me up and down. Didn't smile, didn't welcome me into the store. I felt discriminated and not welcomed. If you are a person of color. Do not come into this store.

My first time going was this last Monday and I have to say that the customer service was phenomenal? The girls are really friendly and helpful. They have the cutest things. This is one of my favorite stores now.

How are you supposed to feel safe when the team members will not keep the customers accountable to the sign on their door? I believe the rest of the stores have taken the precautionary measures to wear masks and keep your social distance from one another. Two ladies came in with no masks and it is uncomfortable when people are physically leaving the store because of it. My wife was at the cash register and these ladies stood next to her to ask the worker a question. There is no way that this should be acceptable. Please train your workers to follow the guidelines.

I went there twice. Both times Sarah (I believe she is the manager) was sooooo sweet. This is one of the best customer services experiences I've had. I used to work retail, so I've had my fair shares. From the minute I walked in she helped me find a fitting room and check out was quick and easy. Thanks Sarah!

I love this store. the quality of their clothes and jewelry are great. I think they're reasonably priced even without discounts and the staff is very nice.
