Jose was AWESOME! Very helpful and patient but yet not pushy and "in your face". Jose was very knowledgeable about the products. My wife and I spent almost 2 hours in the store picking out a whole houseful of furniture. Great prices and customer service!! Five stars for sure. Seen all the commercials but never been in a store. Eric was wonderful if anyone is stressed out go to Escondido Bobs Furniture and see Eric the sales person there. He is the nicest and friendliest guy always a great smile. We tried every mattress and couch and he did not stop smiling we bought a great mattress at a great price and left feeling so happy! Walking on air!

Our sales rep, Les was extremely professional and made our experience at Bob's a rememberable one. Bob's furniture does have a good inventory and layout but the real sales conversion is done by the sales rep. This is where Les was perfect for us. He gave us our space to explore but also was readily available to answer any questions. We could not have asked for more. Definitely ask for Les during your next visit. Thank you.

I have been using Bob's since 2016 as my furniture company. Unfortunately, this time around, I ran into some problems. However, after speaking with several people, I was transferred to Les at the Escondido store, who took the time to hear my dilemma, and he was very understanding. He immediately took action and escalated my concern to Melanie. She was superb in letting me detail what happened and then quickly coming to a resolution to make me a satisfied customer once again. Their interaction restored the trust that I had lost, and l look forward to continued business in the future. Please commend your excellent employees for going above and beyond.

Redecorated my whole house at Bob’s. The sales associate Glenn was great! Really appreciated all his help on everything. Great guy, great place to purchase furniture. Highly recommend coming here.

After searching off and on for a new couch for a few months, we ended up at Bob’s Discount Furniture. Was not disappointed. The selection was great and we had a hard time choosing between 3-4 models.Les is your man. He greeted us and asked if he could help with anything. After sharing our desires in a couch, he led us to them with no hesitation. Les not only knows his inventory, he left us alone to browse, sit and check out our choices. He’d come back and check on us without being over bearing which was refreshing. Les is a professional and a very nice and personable man. We will definitely work with him again for any future purchases. You can’t go wrong if you ask for Les.

I worked with Les to order our new bed and adjustable base. His professionalism and knowledge was above and beyond my expectations. He walked us through the process and answered every question we had. I would give this experience more stars if possible. If you are in need of furniture and are close to the Bobs in Escondido you should ask for Les he will take care of you!

I love Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store! Special Shout-out of Gratitude to Junior Martinez and Heather Gonzalez in the Escondido Store. Let me start off by giving you a little background on what led up to me deciding to contact Bob's.Originally I ordered leather living room and family room furniture from Wayfair in August But...was sent an apology email in October (2 months later) that my order had been canceled because the furniture had been discontinued. To No fault of theirs I also received great customer service from Wayfair. So... I'm not knocking Wayfair guys but I believe the furniture was coming from Canada plus it had something to do with the issues and problems we've been experiencing with the Cargo Ships not being able to get through.Back to online shopping I went and I decided to give Bob's a call instead. Heather answered the phone and after explaining my situation to her she immediately went to work looking for a replacement for me. Even though what she found was lighter then what I had originally ordered from Wayfair, Heather convinced me to at least let her text me a picture of some Italian Leather Furniture that they had in-stock in their Warehouse in Escondido and guaranteed it would be delivered within one week.After seeing the picture of the furniture that she text to me, I immediately fell in love. Plus, she was able to get me 12-month interest free financing which was a Bonus and sealed the deal for me. I also purchased their Goof Proof Warranty which I highly recommend. After everything was said and done I actually set-up delivery for 2 weeks later because I had to sell my old furniture first. Even the delivery guys were awesome and gave great customer service. They arrived early, set-up my furniture and were very polite and courteous.I was so happy with Bob's customer service guys that I bought an additional Chair and Ottoman for the living room from Heather and set-up in-store pickup from their Long Beach Warehouse. But...somehow this order got mixed-up for in-store pickup in the Escondido Store (1.5 to 2 hours) away. That's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Junior who called to tell me my chair and ottoman were ready for pickup in the Escondido Store. I explained to Junior that originally I was suppose to pick-up the furniture at their store in Long Beach.Junior immediately spoke with the Store Manager who gave the approval to use an outside delivery service to have the furniture delivered to our home at no additional cost to us. Now That's Great Customer Service Guys! So...before you shop anywhere else please give Bob's Discount Furniture a Try!

Les was so accommodating from the second we walked in. We had been to a couple of other mattress stores and had a range of salespersons but Les went above and beyond and wasn’t pushy. He was genuinely interested about our needs and wants and was very knowledgeable. Normally we don’t buy anything on the spot but we loved the mattress he found us. Can’t wait for it to get here! Originally the sales person was Marisela Castro and she was very nice.We went to the Escondido location due to the fact we heard the showroom was larger and we thought the delivery dates might be faster .NOPE.The Manager Erin ( sorry if misspelled name) was OUTSTANDING! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERFECT. He did not dish out go too statements that are scripted to say, no sir he was personable and honest. Answered all of our questions .Give this man a raise!

The furniture protection plan is a scam! Do not purchase.We bought a couch and a board in the back-rest broke when I sat down in it. My claim was denied since they don't cover the "frame" and it occurred during "normal use", not an accident.What a ripoff!Clearly from the owner's response below, they stand behind their poor furniture quality and their poor protection plan. Beware. We were sold on the basis the accident plan covered everything and they would even replace our entire furniture one time, obviously they rely on the fine print they "sent me home with" to get out of their responsibility. Clearly a bait and switch, smoke and mirrors sales tactic.

I 100% agree with Noah Schultz's post. I purchased my furniture from BOB's on February 2020 and from the moment it was delivered I was not happy. I called right away they said they would fix it and refund me the money I paid to have it assembled. It never happened. If you tried called the 800 # waiting on the phone for +2 hours plus if you were lucky. Fast forward to 2021 and my furniture is falling apart. The GoofProof insurance says they are not covering it because it was installed incorrectly. I paid Bob's Furniture to install it. Now what? Save yourself the extra stress and shop somewhere else.
