Sales person was very personable and informative she gave me a lot of examples to look at and I chose this these pieces. The white glove delivery was excellent. They put my furniture together quickly and was gone within 20 minutes or less thank you Alex and Carlos.

Decent selection but very highly priced. Customer service wasn't the best and definitely got some unpleasant stares from most of the staff as we shopped around being a two male couple with a child. We were very much avoided and were greeted and (finger/pointed) directed by only one team member out of 5 or 6 that were within a short distance. We took our business and money elsewhere.

The showroom and sales people were great. Clean, comfortable showroom and not pushy salesman.
When you leave the store, thats where the nightmare begins. Customer service is terrible. My furniture was delayed 3 times. They attempted to deliver me a used mattress. Customer service claimed they would refund my delivery fee, not only was it not refunded but I was changed TWICE for delivery. When asked to have the charge removed they claimed they never made the charge.
There are many furniture stores out there, I would not choose this one.
Update: Customer service finally reached out and refunded the charges. The furniture we ordered is now fully delivered and is comfortable.

The showroom is set up in easy to follow sections. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient. Elle ran all the numbers for our custom couch and explained everything as much as we needed. Would absolutely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality couches at a good value!

Upon entering the store we were greeted with a VERY friendly smile who complimented our family and offered us refreshments. She asked if we were looking for anything specific to which I replied yes. She showed us what we came in for gave her very honest feedback and showed us alternatives .
There was no pressure at all and she event created an in store cart for me when I said I need to think and discuss. Wife and I went home thought about it then called Danielle the next day to put in our order

Excellent furniture at a great price, but terrible customer service! We wanted to have something delivered as soon as possible, and the website said it was in stock. I called the phone number for the store the next day, and was told that the item would not be in stock for another week, and then after it was, we could call to schedule for pickup. I elected to have the white glove delivery instead, and was asked to pick a date. I picked a date. I was told that within 24 to 48 hours before delivery, I would receive information to finalize the delivery. The day before the delivery, my husband called, since we had not received any information. Our delivery date was in fact never scheduled, meaning that we will receive our furniture later than the date that I picked. None of this was made clear during the online, telephone, or chat phases of this transaction. Thankfully, now I know that I will have to ask several more questions if we choose to purchase from this store again. Had I read other customers reviews ahead of time, I would have known that I needed to do much more work to get a normal amount of customer satisfaction. I do not recommend this company if you are looking for reasonable customer service. I asked the customer service representative for a phone number or email address to lodge my complaint with, and was told that there was none.
